Liz pov-

i was peacefully watching a random show on Netflix when suddenly the door opened and Tara came in and immediately approached me with a big smile. ''wha-''I GOT CHOSEN! MY SCRIPT WAS CHOSEN! THEY WANT TO MAKE A MOVIE!'' she interrupted jumping up from happiness. ''that's great!'' i said with a bright smile. ''i told you you could do it'' i said hitting her arm. ''that's not the best part'' she said. ''ok... what is the best part?'' i asked with a confused smile. ''your interviewing for the part of the main character!''

" I'm what!?!" i asked in complete shock. "Yes, your gonna be my main character" she said smiling at me. I at first didn't know what to say until it dawned on me "i guess i will be, because i owe you" i said to her " indeed you do" she said all happy. ''I'm just auditioning though, if i don't get the part then too bad... I'm only doing this cause i have to'' i said sternly. ''that's fine'' she replied with a satisfied smile.

" Okay so are you gonna tell me details or?" i asked slightly unpleased " Oh ye of course" she said sitting down and pulling a binder from her bag. ''so, as you know your gonna be going for the main character Lilian... this whole movie is going to be her finding out who she truly is...'' Tara explained and i listened to it. ''did you base her off me?'' i snickered. ''yes, yes i did'' Tara said with a smile. ''ok... so.. when's the audition?'' i asked sitting up.

" tomorrow at 10" she said smiling " okay and the location?" i said " the warehouse on 6th street" she said putting her binder away " got it i'll be there" i said sighing " oh and wear light clothes because it's hot in the warehouse" she said grabbing her bag and putting it on her shoulder. ''ok'' i said waving to her as she walked out the door. After she left i grabbed the scene we were auditioning with... i had to cry?Cry why did i have to cry? i asked myself multiple times. I then shook that and read the rest of the script to see that i was given a love interest. I didn't know if this was her way for me to find someone or it was just for dramatic reasons. ''whatever'' i muttered before going to shower and go to bed.

timeskip to the audition

''n-no... this is wrong... we can't do this'' i said pulling my arm away from the other actress as i pretended to cry. ''Lilian.. please... i love you... don't you love me?'' she asked pulling my arm to face her. i looked back at her, fake tears still in my eyes ''i do'' i said looking into her eyes. ''then be with me'' she said quietly before leaning forward, once our faces were a centimeter apart we pulled away and faced the others. ''how was that?'' i asked turning turning to face them. ''are you ok?'' i asked Tara who was wiping away her tears as well as a few other people.

Tara then threw her script and walked over to me "IT WAS AMAZING!!!" she yelled hugging me. "T-Thanks..." i said awkwardly hugging her back. ''yea you were great'' the actress said with a soft smile as Tara pulled away. ''thank you'' i said with a smile. ''alright... i think we found our Lilian'' the director said with a smile walking over to me. ''what?! i did good too?!'' i turned to see Natalie glaring at me. I couldn't help but smirk, she's hated me since high school. ''you can be her understudy'' the director said rolling his eyes.

"u-understudy..." Natalie said with a shaky voice " Yes understudy" Tara said " i think your having a hard time understanding what an understudy is. It's the person that acts when the main actress can't go on" I said smirking. ''ugh'' Natalie huffed angrily before walking off. i laughed a bit before turning my attention back to them. ''Amanda Costigan... you are?'' the actress said holding out her hand. ''Elizabeth Nelson... but i prefer Liz'' i said shaking it. ''Liz it is'' Amanda said with a welcoming smile. ''I'll be playing your soon to be girlfriend i guess'' she said with a small laugh.
