Amanda's POV

I'm standing in front of my mirror looking at myself and what I'm wearing. I hate it I don't wanna wear this skirt and crop top I don't want to anymore but I have to because I'm little miss perfect. I go into the bathroom and start to put my make up on and do my hair. While I do that I began to think if I just stopped being like this and I became who I really am but then I realized my parents wouldn't like that too much I let that's thought go and finish up to go to school.

3rd person pov

Amanda made her way to school in her beautiful black porsche which her parents bought her around a year ago. As she enters the school as usual people smile to her and wave, greeting her. She keeps up a fake smile which everyone seems to believe.

By the time she reached her locker , her smile had faded, she thought about how hard it was ... being perfect... god she hated it... but thats who she was...

Just then someones voice innterupted her thoughts ''hey amanda!'' her best friend liz said to the brunnete, ''hello heathen '' amanda replied closing her locker... sure she looked cool, but the truth is... her brain was mush... everything inside her was chaos... her stomach full of butterflies, her heart racing, and her eyes wandering up and down her bestfriends body taking in the view of the beautiful girl.

This time amanda smiled...not a fake one.. it was genuine...liz has always had that effect on her, she always managed to make amandas day a little brighter... amanda knew that part of her does think of her more than friends... but she couldnt...right.... after all shes little miss perfect

" Amanda are you gonna keep staring or are we gonna head to math " Liz asked with a confused look, Amanda then fell out of her trance and made eye contact with Liz " uh ye we can" she said with a shaky tone and red cheeks. As they walk to class everyone looks at them most likely questioning why the most popular and the perfect women was hanging out with a geek and an outcast.

They then got to math and sat down at their desks. " HEY HOT STUFF" Amanda turned to see who yelled it and she realized it was Colton the head of the football team " what do you want Colton" Amanda said with a stern and unamused tone " I was wondering if you wanted to come over after school to you know study" Amanda rolled her eyes " I can't actually I'm sorry and if you wanna sleep with me you might wanna try a little harder" she said with an annoyed and uncomfortable tone.

''Seriously cole, you really think she would want to sleep ...with you?'' Liz asked him in a tone saying 'your an idiot' . ''Well your the one talking fag'' colten replied with a smug smile. '' First of all... im bi... and secondly-'' liz was interrupted by amanda ''if you ever say something like that about my best friend . i. will. ruin. your. life. you got it?'' amanda asked glaring daggers at the football players. He immediately left, because it was true, amanda had connections, she could easily ruin the only thing he had going for him, football. ''You didn't have to" liz replied a light pink tinting her cheeks. ''what do you mean? your my bestfreind of course i have to'' amanda replied with a small smile.

The teacher started the class it was your typical math class boring and felt very long. The teacher finished the lesson early and gave the class some free time. " hey Lizzy come here" Amanda yelled, Liz have Amanda a glare and walked over and sat on her lap. " What do you want" Liz said " I just wanted my best friend with me" Amanda said in a very baby like voice. The two girls say there and talked till Colton started saying things again " They getting spicy over there, y'all should kiss. Dude that's be hot" Amanda and Liz both looked at him " Shut up Colton and we aren't gonna kiss shes my best friend" Liz said in a confident tone. It hurt Amanda slightly hearing Liz say they are just best friends but it was true, " well Colton why don't I just tell coach about the party last weekend I'm sure he'd love to hear about that".
