As usual I wake up trying to get ready to start the day. As soon as I get out of bed , I head straight to the bathroom getting ready to take a shower before classes start.

After shower

I got dressed I left my apartment heading straight for the college campus. 
I decided not to get breakfast because I was already late as is. I only have to take a 2-3 classes because I've already completed most of them.

The few hours passed and I soon found myself getting dressed for my job.

That's right I'm the secretary for the boss of Costigan Industries.
Though as cool as my boss is , my co worker's HATE me.

It's probably because he helps me pay for college.  Which also leads them to thinking I sleep with him, which is nasty as f-

All I'm saying is that he's like a father figure to me.
He pays for my school because he used to be my father's partner before he passed away.

The business wasn't that big when he was alive but once it did boost he promised to take care of me, giving me a job and helping me with school debt, and so far he's kept his word.

  So as I make my way to my desk outside his office ,as always I receive glares from people . I've gotten used to it so I don't mind.

" Ew... your here"  I turn around to see Sydney.

"Look who's talking ... I could wipe off 90% of your 'beauty' with a wet wipe" I say with an innocent smile.

She immediately glares at me before speaking "Careful what you say , I can say one thing about you and the whole company will believe me  " she says teeth clentched and balled up fist.

I looked at her and a smirk began to form on my lips . "Awww... cute, spreading rumors? I mean... I'm glad you found something other to do than spread your legs." I say.

She  looks at me in disbelief before rolling her eyes and scoffing before walking away. 

THIRD PERSON POV

Liz couldn't help but be satisfied with her reaction.

Nonetheless she still made her way towards her desk outside her boss's office .

A few minutes after she got there she heard her boss calling her.

"Sir , You wanted to see me?" She ask kinda nervous. "Oh, yes "he says with a calming smile.

"I've been thinking about retirement recently. .. and I wanted to tell you, my kid will be taking over for me. "

Liz looked at him in disbelief.  "Wh-why?" She asked confused and kinda sad. He has always taken care of her , so she likes to do the same , always watching over for him and the company.

  He smiled sweetly before speaking "I'm old and I'd love to spend time with my wife more".

Liz then thought about it for a second.. "Sir, if you don't mind me asking, will I loose my job?" She asked worried.
