After getting Kurome back to the capital he told her he had to go back to his village saying they didn't like that he left them with there sword's.

Kurome
"Just come back alive please i love you."

Tatsumi
"I swear i won't be harmed i love you too Kurome."

Kurome

Tatsumi went back to base thankfully noone was following him.

After opening the door he was greeted by Bulat who was in a wheelchair but he was still Tatsumi's bro.

Bulat
"Welcome back Tatsumi thankfully you're unharmed."

Seryu
"Yeah only god know's what they would have done to you if you stayed there any longer."

Tatsumi
"Thank god i was raised by lier's i just lied to one of there people to get away from them i said my village wanted there sword's back so i had to go back."

Bulat
"So i've been giving this a lot of thought and i made up my mind i want you to be the new holder of incursio."

Bulat handed Tatsumi the blade.

Tatsumi
"I won't let you down bro."

Bulat
"I know that."

Seryu
"The rest of night raid could probably use you're help now there attacking general Budo he's a ruthless fighter he has a teigu that let's him use lightning as a weapon."

Red lightning clouded Tatsumi's vision once again as he saw the fight's outcome if he didn't get there.

Vision Mine

She said as she closed her eye's and died.

"MINE!"

Tatsumi
"Gah!"

Seryu stoped him from hitting the ground before asking him what he saw.

"He kill's Mine."

Bulat
"What?"

"I have to get there and fast!"

Voice
"Use you're flame's and teleport."

Tatsumi placed his hand on the ground as a flaming twister appeared.

With night raid

Budo
"Die night raid scum!"

Tatsumi
"RAGH!"

Tatsumi had appeared out of no where and drew incursio's blade from it's scabbard ready to fight.

Budo
"Who the hell are you?"

Tatsumi
"I'm the new dragon."

Tatsumi raised the blade into the sky and called out.

"Incursio!"

A very dragon like armor wraped around Tatsumi's body as the red lightning cleared.

Budo had fired a shot that reflected off of his armor.

Tatsumi
"Hahaha that's cute."

Tatsumi grabed his spear and said to Budo.

Tatsumi
"Please make this intresting RUN."

Budo started running for his life as if an entire army of ultra-class danger beast were after him.

Budo
"Damnit what the hell was that thing!?"

Tatsumi
"Thing? I'm a person jerk!"

He speared Budo through the heart and said to him.

Tatsumi
"Enjoy hell i hear it's nice this time of year."

Tatsumi ripped the spear from Budo's chest letting him bleed out.

Budo
"What monster are you?"

Tatsumi
"The tyrant."

Tatsumi said as he slashed Budo's throat and took his teigu from his corpse.

Once Tatsumi got back with night raid he picked up Mine and said.

Tatsumi
"We have to get back to base and get her medical attention."

Lubbock
"Than what are we waiting for we gotta go before anyone else get's here."

Mine
