Eyes On You

1st April 2016

Today was like a nightmare to me. We started are high school years today. I was happy while going to school but there I found out that I and Y/N weren't in the same section anymore. My heart broke walking into a room different from hers. We didn't even have our classes in the same corridor. I just got to see her during recess. She came late though. Her teacher apparently had some extra teaching to do so she wasted her recess. For the first time I hate the fact that a teacher is putting in extra efforts.

"How was he a nerd? How did he manage to study and listen in class too when what he did the whole day was staring at me?"

She sat opposite to me. She looked tired. She told everyone how boring her class was and how she was getting tortured there. I chuckled listening to her taking care that no one noticed me. After that I just saw her at hometime walking out of the school gate.

13th June 2016

It's the summer break going on. It's new to me writing my diary during vacations. I saw her walk into a karaoke today. She was alone. She was there inside for about two hours then she went to a restaurant. She ate a pizza. Probably she likes pizza.

"It's similar to our hangout. He remembered pizza from then?"

She went home after that. It was new to me seeing her in clothes other than the school uniform. She looked way more pretty. People would thing of me as some really strange dude who followed a girl the whole day. Anyway, I'm happy that finally something good happened during this vacation.

"He followed me the whole day and doesn't want people to think of him as a strange person?"

11th September 2016

I placed a key chain with a card and chocolates in her locker and quickly hid myself. I finally managed to do something for her birthday. She walked in, opened her locker and was totally surprised seeing the contents. She walked into the premises with sad eyes but after seeing my gifts she smiling like anything. Atleast I kept my promise of doing something on her birthday. I could only see her smile again during recess but that was enough for my heart to feel contended. She exited the cafeteria with a big smile on her face.

I teared up. "I-it was him? He did it? He was the only person who remembered me that day and bothered to wish me. That gift seriously made my day" if he had just kept a tiny note with a little happy birthday written on it, then too I would've felt the same level of happiness. I wasn't happy that day cause I got those gifts, I was happy because someone out there remembered me. Cared for me. I didn't expect that someone to be the same as the valentine's person. Although I did kinda suspect him to be the same person.

9th March 2017

During recess the group was talking about their hangout at Eunwoo's place. I of course didn't know anything cause I didn't go. Now I have another reason for not going. I like not getting involved much with people. It feels good. Plus Y/N would be there too so it's better not to go.

I frowned reading that he missed alot of fun which he could have had with us because of me. "I wish he had joined us back then though. He's such a fun guy too be around"
"Now that I think, when on the first day of college he told me that he clearly remembered me and I didn't, I finally know the reason to it. He was watching me 24/7 so he ought to remember my face. And of course my name" A name that his life revolved around for seven years and still does.

They were talking about how Y/N sang that one song. I felt so damn jealous that they heard her and I didn't. Even after following her to the karaoke I couldn't hear her.
