A/n before we begin I think I fixed the app. I think. Also what do you guys think of the story so far (a side from obvous spelling errors? Lmao)

It was later that night, naofumi and I were awake while lillith and Raphtalia asleep.

"Hey naofumi?" He looks up at me.
"I feel like I should teach you the Redemption spell." I rose to my feet with naofumi doing the same.

"But since I don't have the spell that doesnt mean I cant teach it."

Naofumi gives a smile

Naofumi: ok.

Time skip 2 hours.

A tired naofumi was seen in the dark of night, panting, his eyes glowing a determined green. "Good job naofumi, do it again." I picked up a balloon before throwing it into a engraved circle. The balloon becoming aggro on naofumi.

Naofumi: *pant* *eyes close* feel the energy, let it flow.

His eyes open to reveal a golden hue inside his emerald pupil. He then shouts with a roar, shaking the earth around him.

Naofumi: //REDEMPTION//

The circle lit up with a golden flame, the area began to glow as sparkles of light lit up the area.

"There ya go, now your getting the hang of it... that spell like I said earlier uses the users and opponents defense as magical damage, but since I created the spell, it adds your magical and physical defense and your opponents physical and magical defense into magical damage. Also redemption sounded like an appropriate name hence everything we went through."

A smile formed on my face as naofumi gripped his hand and balled it into a fist.

Naofumi: thank you David.

"*smiles* no problem..."

We began our break... well my break that is, I was going to go back out and train some more. But that all changed when Raphtalia sat up screaming waking up Lillith in the process.

Raphtalia: WAHHAAA

I jerked my head to face the raccoon female with my staff raised.

"Naofumi, watch over her, Lillith were going to patrol the area for monsters, it's a possibility that she alerted some."

I rose to my feet before scanning the area while Naofumi tried everything in his power to calm down Raphtalia.

"You know what, Lillith stay here and defend them, since Raphtalia is incapacitated she cant defend herself."

Lillith: r-right.

I ran into the forest to scan the area and to my immediate surprise no monsters were alerted. I gave a sigh of relief before heading back but not without a rush.

I return back to where naofumi and the others where before speaking.

"No monsters were alerted to our location as of now. But it would be best if we leave in an hour or 2."

Lillith: oh right.

Naofumi: fine, where do you suppose we go?

"Back to the Capitol to continue making income or we go to the nearest village and train harder there since the level gap would expand."

Naofumi: that does make sense. Alright, we will continue to train and when we reach a high enough level we will head to the nearest village.

Time skip 2 weeks

A few weeks have passed by rather quickly and I was at the moment laughing at naofumi after getting hit by a large raccoon while Raphtalia and Lilltih was chasing it.

Naofumi: yeah yeah laugh it up now.

"Alright alright. LOL"

I hear a crash followed by a icy explosion. I jerk my head to see Raphtalia holding the raccoon and Lillith with frost on her cheeks.

I let out a chuckle at the duo's antics before turning back to naofumi who removed the final raccoon tooth. (The hell is it called)

"Alright that should be it for today let's head back to town and sell this damn thing."

Naofumi: nothing would make me happier.

3rd pov

David and the others made their way to the Capital but to David's surprise he finally realised what the hell has been happening. "Oi naofumi do you see Lillith and Raphtalia, why do they look older? Its been 2 weeks."

Naofumi turns around narrows his eyes and shrugs.

Naofumi: they look the same to me.

"U-uh what... um ok. They have grown ya know, not only physically but they are both more mature and have improved in terms of combat."

Naofumi turns to Raphtalia and observes her for a few seconds.

Naofumi: you re right, I suppose she has gotten increasingly better. But as for the physical part of it she hasnt changed much.

David looked confused and concerned. Sure Raphtalia and Lillith looked the same but they definitely grew in size. Raphtalia was at 5'6 and lillith around 5'9 David is 6'1. The mage hero lets out a sigh before Lillith runs up next to him.

Lillith: Um David its been a few weeks and I was wondering if you could teach me a new spell.

David turns around and tosses her a book. "Sure, the next spell you are going to learn is one from my world. Since you've already learned Rangers focus. (Ashe's Q) next up you will learn volley, (ashe's W) we will start practicing when we turn in the porcupine naofumi got injured by lmao."

Naofumi: oh my God,

Naofumi comically cried as the rest us chuckled. About ten minutes pass by Naofumi turned in the monsters pelt with Raphtalia. David and Lillith were just outside the castle walls.

"ok, let's review frost shot... what is it and how do you do it?"

Lillith: first shot is when I cover the mana arrow with a thick layer if frost and shoot at the enemy.

"What is the desired effect?"

Lillith: they should be coated in a layer of frost. The effect should be a slow movement speed.

"Good, now lets move onto volley. The spell is relatively easy to learn, the spell is basically you forming 7 to 10 mana arrows at once and firing it with the same frost covering each of them. For now lets see how many mana arrows you can produce."

Lillith nods and pulls back her bowstring. 3 immediately forms and 2 more slowly follow. "That's 5, you need to get to 10 at least."

Lillith's eyes form slits and her tails lower her fangs become more prominent. Another arrow forms before she attempted to cover the 6 arrows in frost. She succeeded but not without consequences.

Lillith: HAAAAA!!!

lillith releases the bowstring and let the arrows fly, only a few moments pass and each one of them dissipates. The 9 tailed fox falls to her knees panting, sweat falls from her forehead.

1st pov David

I ran to lillith's side a little worried she might have overdone it. "Hey! Are you alright?!"

Lillith: i-i-im fine, just tired. I didnt think it would be this tiring.

"Then let's end it here for the day, we can practice more on our way to lute village."

Lillith nods before falling to a knee.

Shes more tired than I thought, shes going to need to rest.

"Get some rest, we will practice at a later date."

I smile weakly as I lift the fox into my arms before making our way back to naofumi and Raphtalia.

Our journey to lute village is almost here. I wonder what the future will hold for us.
