Miyeon POV

I came into her room and she was still sleeping

I sat on the chair that I left the day before

I grabbed her hand and it was colder than usual

But I shrugged it off

" I know you don't remember me but I loved you with all my heart but a shocking confession  made me question that love. I had you in my heart. You were my everything. Now you have become my past memory that I want out. Now that I see you here laying down in this bed 🛌don't know what to think. I'm happy with Jungkook he helped me when I never heard of you again. *sigh* I have made a decision and that is letting you go but your making it hard. I broke my promise and I don't plan on ever keeping it. I don't love you anymore. I'm letting you go. If you ever remember me just know that I'm not coming back so don't keep your arms open for me. Don't keep your promise. Stop loving me. Stop fighting for me" I said as a let go of her hand

I felt relived I took the weight off my chest

I got up and started to walk when I turned around and was about to open the door

*beep.....beep..beep beep beep beep beep beep*

I looked back at Minnie and her heart rate slowed down

I called the doctor

He came rushing in

"GET ME THE EQUIPMENT NOW". he said and the nurses quickly gave him the equipment

Two of the nurses pushed me out and closed the door and the curtains

All I could do is cry and call her name out

Minnie POV

All I could see was a grass field

As I walked I felt a sudden pain on my heart

I fell down to my knees

"My angel don't give up" a lady said I looked up to see the same lady that I saw in my coma

"You have a purpose Minnie. You have a Reason to stay and open your eyes." The lady said

"What can possibly be my purpose" I said as I grew in more pain

"The person you love my child" she said as she palmed my cheeks

Her hands were cold

"I gave you life an I took my own away. I knew the moment I walked into that hospital that I wouldn't be able to see tomorrow " she said and I looked at her

"Your to young to be here. You promised me a grandchild." She said as she smiled

"M-mom" I said and she nodded

"Now don't give up your love is crying. You promised to not leave her behind. You promised to love her no matter what" she said

"Don't let her suffer. Don't stop fighting for her " she said as she disappeared to the bright light

I heard an echo

"You will one day remember her"

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN" I managed to yell trying to get up

But failed when my heart ached even more

I was laying down looking at the bright sky while holding my chest

When someone called for me making my pain go away and made me feel in peace

I looked at the direction and everything went white

I saw a door

I walked to it and opened the door

Miyeon POV

I was crying and kneeling on the floor

I couldn't stand not knowing what was going on
My heart ached knowing that she might not make it

I called Minnies name hoping for her to hear me

"Don't leave me" I managed to say in my sobs

"I don't want to let go of you like this" I said as I cried more

The door was opened to be met with the doctor

"Minnie is......"
