Andante Andante

Second flashback in 1959 in Mexico.

Ruby and Fernando walking again at midnight on the beach. Now they know more each other and they really in love together.
Ruby looks to him

"I want live with you my whole life...because..I love you.."

both sitting together on the sand. Fernando smiles and he strokes over her hairs

"me too..believe me. I love you so much too."

Ruby lies her her hands on his cheeks. Fernando says then:

"mi maravillosa Ruby."

Ruby giggles because she understands what he is saying. Fernando teaches her a bit Spanish. Ruby kisses him then passionately and he kisses her back. Ruby leans her head against his forehead and sings then:

"Take it easy with me, please, touch me gently like a summer evening breeze. Take your time, make it slow. Andante, Andante. Just let the feeling grow."

She turns her arms around his neck and suddenly takes Fernando Ruby on his arms and Ruby laughs then and sings continue

"make your fingers soft and light. Let your body be the velvet of the night. Touch my soul, you know how. Andante, Andante. Go slowly with me now."

Fernando let her on the floor and he takes her hand and she sings continue

"I'm  your music, I'm your song, play me time and time again and make me strong. Make me sing, make me sound."

Both walking slowly on the sand

"Andante, Andante. Oh please, don't let me down."

Fernando sings with her too

"There's a shimmer in your eyes. Like the feelin of a thousands butterflies. Please don't talk, go in, play. Andante, Andante. And let me float away."

Then sings Ruby alone

"Make me sing, make me sound, Andante, Andante. Tread lightly on my ground. Andante, Andante oh please don't let me down. Andante, Andante. Oh please...don't let me...down.."

then they kisses passionately.

Few minutes later they sitting on a boat, on the Rio Grande and watches the fullmoon. Fernando have his arm around Ruby

"I must talk to you something."

Ruby looks to him smiling

"What?"

Fernando takes her hand

"you know that I love you so much and so on..and..in two days I must go to war..as a soldier..."

Ruby looks to him shocked

"What? But...but...you promise me that we live together everytime..."

few tears rolls over her cheeks. Fernando holds her cheeks and strokes over them

"Hey...please don't cry...Ruby listen to me.."

he lies her head on his chest

"I promise to you that will alive out from the war and hug you when I'm out there. Okay?"

Ruby looks to him

"do you really?"

Ruby asks. Fernando nods

"of course I do...really...I would never let you alone...never"

Ruby smiles and makes her tears away with her sleeves

"Fernando...do you know...I don't want to lose you. I love you so much..really.."

Fernando smiles

"I know...I know.. and you will never lose me..I promise..and I love you so much too."

He smiles. Ruby turns her arms around his neck and Fernando lies his index finger on her chin and they kisses passionately and Ruby enjoys the moment with him and the moon is meanwhile shining on the water.
