4. fucking grow up

I'm already up by 8 am, Danny is sleeping so soundly. I don't wake her up though, she swore to kick my ass if I do and I'm sure she was not kidding when she said it.

She must be so fast that she has the guts to wake up late despite the fact that she has classes at 9.
I'm in the kitchen trying to prepare something for breakfast before going out to find a job, I need myself up on my feet asap.

Danny bought me a new phone after insisting to get me one. I have come to realize that it's not easy to reject her help. She can be very persuasive.

The phone is quiet expensive and it has a few numbers only which is hers and of everybody in her group.
I log into Instagram as I wait for the capcakes to bake in the oven.

I start with Danny's account and the followers she has are crazy, I tap the follow icon and it gives me the option of following whoever she is following, I click on Alec's account and I gasp when I see the pictures he has posted.

It's so insane and I start looking at them each at a time. The one that attracts my attention is one that has all of them. They look so cute together. Kassie is on zac's back with her tongue stuck out and zac is laughing his guts out. Alec is infront of all of them holding the camera. Oh my he is so cute.

Ciara and Sam are smiling at each other, they were not aware of the camera while Curtis is cringing at something, he looks great though. Jake is kissing Danny on the cheek and she is blushing.

I scroll down and I find a picture of Alec that makes me drool. He is not looking at the camera, he is focused on something that makes him smile widely, he is shirtless and his abs are the cutest I have ever seen.

I accidentally hit the like button and before I know it, he replys, I know I'm cute but you don't have to go through my account drooling at my posts. It sucks.

Once the message pops on the screen I come back to my senses and I almost drop the phone.
Why am I even drooling at his pictures, he disgusts me, he is so full of himself.

I log out of the page and I focus on the baking cakes.
"woaah." Danny gasps from the stairs and I turn to look at her. Her hair is in a neat pony tail and she is dressed up. "that smells so nice." she says covering the remaining steps.
"you are a early riser." she observes and I turn to take the capcakes off the oven.

"not really, you are a sleepy head." I say pouring coffee into the mugs and she is already munching on the capcakes like she is starving. "and foodious." I say with my eyes dramatically wide. I thought I eat a lot myself but she is way foodious than me.

She laughs at my reaction and I hoist myself in the counter as I bite a capcake.
"so," she says after a sip of coffee. "what are your plans for the day?"

"I'm thinking of finding a job."

"you know that I'm not okay with that idea," she frowns. "you should get completely well before you start the job hunting. The doctor said that you need enough bed rest"

"I'm perfectly fine." I say glancing at my phone That chimes and it reminds me that I am still on Instagram.

"well you are slightly limping." she says. "and you are still under medication. May be you should give yourself some time."

"I'm okay girl. Stop worrying. People can barely notice the limping anyway."

"fine. But don't strain yourself." she sounds serious and I roll my eyes.

"yess mom."

"I'm serious."

"I know." I say winking lazily at her and I jump off the counter, I run to the stairs after patting her shoulders. "See you around sis, you have fifteen minutes to get your ass to school." I yell once I step on the landing and she cusses when she notices that she lost track of time.

"bye." she yells heading to the door.

Its been three hours since I started looking for a job to no avail. I feel like giving up but I don't give into that either,I walk to a nearby restaurant and I lower my self on the seat at an empty table. The restaurant looks great and classy, may be I should ask if they have any vacant job opportunity.

My phone vibrates and a huge Dan with love and smiley imoji flashes on the screen.

I tap the receiver icon and I place the phone on my ear

Miss Gabby is busy, how may I be of help.

I joke changing my voice, I bet Danny almost fell for that.

Danny.

How are you holding up?
Danny.
Quite okay,
Me.
Guys wants to have a group over at the apartment will you be there?
Danny.
Yeah. Not sure though.
Me.
What do you mean by not sure.
Danny.
Still looking for the job.
Me.
What did I tell you about straining.
Danny.
I'm not straining.
Me.
There is always a tomorrow you know.
Danny.
Yeah. I'll see you guys then. I'm hunging up.
Me.

And I hung up.
A lady who has been looking at me since I arrived approaches. She is slightly tall, she is wearing a bandage dress with six inched heels.

"you have the guts to show your filthy face here." she sneers and I stay silent since I don't understand what she is talking about. "fucking say something adopted brat."

Okay did she just call me adopted brat,i won't deny she has quite classy insults.

"sorry do I know you?" I ask

"and now you have amnesia." She yells and that attracts everyone's attention in the restaurant.

"what makes you think that you have the capacity to yell at me,"

She laughs ironically turning to her minions. "she is really getting into my nerves."

"hey, I need oxygen and I believe you know your way back to wherever you crawled from."

"okay, this is my restaurant and I have the power to drag you out of it." her high pitched voice makes me want to gack.

"you make me sick." I say standing. "I don't give a flying fuck if you own this place. I wouldn't even be surprised if I got poisoned." I make to leave but she grabs my hand dragging me back to the seat and I unceremoniously flop on the seat.
Now that makes my blood boil." not so fast, boyfriend snatcher. " and it hits me that she has confused me with Danny.

" I'm out of here. "I say trying to avoid chaos. Before I notice it she pulls my hair and a sharp pain rushes to my toe nails.

" you don't get to walk out on me Daniela. " she says pulling me back to her and I turn suddenly planting a hot slap on her cheek that I feel a stinging pain in my hand and she immediately lets go off my hair as she looses balance and she goes to the floor.

" you don't get to insult me or my sister and go Scott free bitch. You deserve whatever Danny did, I would even do it ten time more. You are a spoilt brat. Fucking grow up." and I storm out of the restaurant aware of her face written horror all over it before the bouncers throw me out.

She didn't see that coming.
