Lev Night 29 December
I was quietly eating my pancakes for breakfast with my parents who were just ignoring each other's existence
I hear a throat clear but I didn't look up from my pancakes, I just love pushing their buttons. "Lev!" I looked up with a questioning look
Dad started "you know we never force you to do anything right?"

But I still nodded
"Well you see the Yong's are holding a New Years Eve party and we want you to attend it with us" dad folded his fingers on the table like he was making a business deal
"No way!"

"But I don't want to go! Amelia keeps following me like a lost dinosaur!" She wasn't even a cute puppy

I roll my eyes. I was planning on spending my New Year with karlissa (who I've finally come to realize that I really like, as in a serious relationship 'like') and maybe at midnight I could grow a pair and tell her about my feelings. I know it's really early as I met her 2 days ago but if there's one thing you should know about me, I don't like beating around the bush and I hate bottling up my feelings. And if she doesn't return the feelings (which is an 87% chance she won't) I am willing to wait for her as long as she needs.
I snap out of my thoughts and look at my parent's expression and knew there wasn't a way out if this
"Can I bring a date?" Hopefully, I can still have fun with Karlissa. Plus it will make Amelia fuck off

I happily get up and walk to my room to call Karlissa and ask her, besides I haven't talked to her all day.

Yesterday me and Karlissa had some lunch and then she dragged me to go shopping. I actually enjoyed it for the first 3 hrs but then I started getting tired. Plus I took a million photos of her for her Instagram. I enjoyed that at first too as it made me realize how beautiful she is but then I started dreading it after the 108th photos
