To Modern Poets

Stop hiding inability to write
Beyond the curtain of the modern trend.
Your scanty talents worthless with your pride,
Your pride's as heaven hanging far from land.

I know it's hard to master versing craft,
And to consider rhythm, and to match rhyme.
But nothing great can do without some draft;
Examinations turn dull things to prime.

O'r generation craves alleged sense,
At all neglecting music of the meters.
But sense alone is rough without the lens
Of beauty, which refract the real to readers.

Will someone dare to argue with the claim:
The theme of lush is worthy for some bothers;
You should consider beauty, modern authors,
Or don't defame your hitherto pure names.
