Viral: Ryland Storms

I wake up and see a bright light. I adjust to the light and look around. Everyone is laying on an air mattress, most sleeping.

Chase: morning!
You:what time is it?
Chase:8am.
You:ugh. How long have you been up?
Chase: all night, I couldn't sleep.
You:oh. Do you know where my phone is?
Chase:it's in the movie room still.
You:thanks, I'll be back.

I get up and grab the blanket.
Chase:you really like that blanket, huh?
You:mhm, it's comfy and smiles nice.

I wrap the blanket around me and go to the movie room. After a little bit of looking I find my phone. I grab it and start walking back to the living room. When I get there Ryland is awake now. I sit back down on my mattress.
You:morning.
Ryland:good morning.

I open my phone and check my texts. I have just been added to a group chat called "sway+Syd" I open it and read the texts.

Br🧊: Sydney.
Br🧊: Sydney!
Br🧊: Sydney!
Josh🥨: bro she's probably sleeping.
Sydney💕: sorry I couldn't find my phone, but what do you want?
Br🧊: wanna come over today?
Sydney💕: will there be any girls there?
Br🧊: no.
Sydney💕: hmm. I'll think about it.
Br🧊: do you need the address?
Sydney💕:no.

I put my phone down and pay attention to the conversation Chase and Ryland are having,

Chase: want to Sydney?
You:wanna what?
Ryland:go to the beach with us today.
You:I would love to but I already have plans.
Chase:what are your plans?
You:going to sway.
Chase:wow you choose them over us?
You:yeah. I'm going to go get ready, bye!

I go to my room and to one of the boxes. I never unpacked so there is just 4 big boxes in my room. I open one of the boxes and it has clothes in it. I pour the clothes onto the floor and pull out this:

I go to the bathroom, shower then change into it. I brush my hair then do light makeup. Once I'm done I go back to the living room.
A few more people are up.

Alex:where are you going?
You:sway.
Chase:where did you get that shirt?
You:I don't remember, why?
Chase:it looks cool.
You:thanks, also if you know where my room is, don't go inside.
Ryland:why?
You:it's very messy. Bye!

I go outside and get in the Uber I ordered. I tell them the directions and they drive me to sway.
When I get to the sway house I go up to the door and just walk in. I walk around a little until I find all the boys eating breakfast in the kitchen.

Blake:what's up Sydney!
You:hey. You all should appreciate me!
Josh:why?
You:1, it's a given and 2, I came here instead of going to the beach.
Noah:how was last night?
You:omg, so fun! We jumped off the balcony onto air mattresses, I told a little bit of my past in how I was in jail for 3 months and how I snuck my ex's best friend out of jail, and after we all fell asleep on the air mattresses. I also got a blanket!
Jaden: why were you in jail?
You: ex and I robbed a bank. BUT, I gave the money back to the bank after I got out of jail.

There is a knock on the front door.
You:I'LL GET IT!!
I run to the front door and open it. There is a boy I haven't seen before.

You:name?
???:Quinton.
You:age?
Q:17.
You:hmmm. Why are you here?
Q:I'm the new sway boy.
You:mhm. Do you have any weapons on you? If so, please remove them and set them on the ground.
Q:um no I do not have any weapons on me.
You:are you sure?
Q:I'm positive.
You:fine.

I let Quinton in and show him to the kitchen.

Bryce:welcome Quinton, the newest sway member!
Josh:yo welcome! Now what are we doing today?
You:I don't know. Bryce told me to come over.
Bryce:I asked, you said maybe.
You:I could just leave right now. Omg I have an idea!
Blake:what?
You:can we go to the mall?!
Bryce:no.
You:why not?! I need to decorate my new room, and I need new clothes!
Noah:you don't need that stuff, you want it.
You: Do you want me to sleep on the floor?!
Noah:I never said I did.
You:whatever.
Jaden:there is a waterfall about an hour away, we could go there and jump off the cliff into it.
You:omg I've done that before! It's super fun!
Josh:Sydney probably doesn't have a swimsuit.
You:we could go to the mall and get one for me!
Noah:or, we could just stop by hype house and get one of yours.
Josh:ok let's do that. We'll stop by there so you can get a swim suit.
You:ugh.

We get into 2 separate cars and drive to hype house. We get there and I go inside. I go down to my room and go through the clothes and find one of my swim suits. I go to the bathroom and change, I put in a hoodie over it then go back to the car. We drive to the cliff and get out. For the day we go cliff jumping.
