The police leave and Vinnie and I go inside to the living room where everyone now is.

Thomas:did you find the girl?
Vinnie:kind of, we saw her but when the police tried to arrest her she was gone.
You:omg. I'm never leaving this house now.
Chase:do you know who the girl could be?
Vinnie:I don't.
You:she did kinda look familiar.
Mia:maybe if you do prices of elimination you can find who it is.
You:ok but where do I start.
Alex:do any of your ex's have a sister?
You:yes. Jake, Ethan, Micheal, and Parker do.
Michael: I don't have a sister.
You:not you stupid.
Kouvr:would any of them be crazy enough to send his sister to do that?
You:um well, yeah. Parker and maybe Jake.
Nick:your down to 2 that should be easy.
You:no it won't be easy, I haven't seen Parker's sister since she was a baby, and I haven't seen Jake's sister since she was 3! Wait, I know what I have to do. HOLD UP, where is Billy?!
Calvin:we put him in your room.
You:MY ROOM! He's going to chew on something!
Patrick:we meant the bathroom in your room.
You:ok.

I go up to my room and to my bathroom, I open the door to the bathroom and Billy is sleeping there. I grab a towel and place it on the floor next to Billy, then I sit on the towel and get my phone out. What I'm going to do his find Ethen's Instagram account and see if he has any pictures with his sister, and I'm going to do the same with Jake.
I pull up my Instagram and find Ethan's account. The last picture he posted was a family photo from last month. I take a screenshot of it then go off of his page. Next I search up Jake's account but it says I'm blocked. Good thing I have 2 accounts! I go onto my second account and find Jake's account. There is a picture of him on a plane and a picture of him with his sister. His sister looks like the girl in the woods but clean. Omg, it could be her! I take a screenshot of both the photos then run downstairs.
I get downstairs but nobody is there, I run around the house and still can't find anybody. The last place I have to check is Alex and Kouvr's room. I open the door to their room and Alex, Thomas, Mia, Kouvr, and a guy are talking at the table.

You:omg thank god. I think I know who it is!
Thomas:sorry Mike, can we reschedule this meeting?
Mike:yes, how about next week same time?
Thomas:that's good.
Mike:ok have a good day.
Mike leaves and I sit where he was.

Mia:you know who?
You:who the girl is! It's Jake's sister.
I pull up the screenshots of Jake's Instagram and show them.

You:his sister looks almost the exact same as the girl in the forest but in the picture she's clean.
Thomas:have you called the police?
You:no. I was busy looking around the whole house for someone!
Alex:oh, everyone else went on a drive and will be back soon.
You:ok, I guess I'll call 911.

I dial 911.
Call:911 what's your emergency?
You:hi so I saw a girl in the woods and she threatened to kill me. I came back to my house and told my roommates and one of them called the police. Some officers came over and I went to the woods with them and showed them a house where the girl brought me. In the house there is 3 dead people and about 10 dead animals. She has a knife ready to kill someone. I think I know who the girl is though.
Call:ok mam, I will send over 2 police officers to ask you questions. They may ask for you to come to the station.
You:ok thank you.
Call:mhm bye bye.
They hang up and I hug Kouvr.

K:are you ok?
You:no.
Mia:what's wrong?
You:I might have to go to the police station, what if they pull out my files and see my past? After they see it they'll think I'm lying!
Thomas:why would they get your file out?
You:I don't know! Maybe they want to see who I am?! Or what if I go to the station and Jake is there and he tells the police I'm the girl in the forest and I end up in a cell!
K:calm down Sydney. Your going to be alright.
You:also, I'm not being a good girlfriend. I haven't even spent time with Ryland since our date! What if he breaks up with me because of that?! Or what if he found another girl while I was doing my own thing.
Mia:Sydney, you are ok. Once this girl thing is over go spend time with Ryland.
You:but then Avani and Larray will get mad at me because I say I will spend time with them but I will have to cancel to be with Ryland. Maybe while I'm with Ryland they find someone better then me!
Alex:is this how girls overthink?
You: What if I do go to the station and people on the internet find out, then they will think I did something really bad! Or what if I'm at the station and Paparazzi films me! Or while they are asking me questions I mess up, will they think I'm lying? What if the girl gets me before the police capture her, I'll die!
Thomas:Sydney! Your going to be ok!

Then the doorbell rings.
You:I'm not getting it!
Alex:I'll go get it.
Alex goes to the door and opens it. A few minutes later he comes up.

A:Sydney, the police are here.
You:are they going to arrest me?
A:calm down and just talk to them.
I go downstairs and there are 2 police men standing in the living room.

Police1:hello miss.
You:hi.
Police2:so what exactly did you see in the forest? Tell us the story.
You:well I was walking my new pet goat and he stopped in front of a part of the woods. I looked at where he was looking and saw a girl, she looked about 7 years old, she had one of her arms behind her back, and was wearing a long black dress. I went up to her and asked where her parents were, she said they were dead so I was trying to be nice and say "I'm sorry, how about you come to town with me" because I was going to bring her to the orphanage, but she said "you, I want you to be my new mom." I said "I'm not sure that a good idea" and she pulled the arm that was behind her out and she was holding a knife. Then she said "your going to be my new mom or I'm going to kill you and your goat" I replied with "ok ok, but we need food" she said "follow me." So I followed her to this dark house, she went to a room and I looked inside, there were 3 dead people and about 10 dead animals. I said "I'm going to bring my goat back to where I live then I'll come straight back." She gave me 10 minutes and I left and came back here. I told everyone that lives here what happened and one of the guys called 911. Some officers came over and I went with them to the house. They called backup and saw the girl, but when they went to get her she was gone.
Police1:do you have any idea who this girl could be?
You:yeah, I thought of my ex's and got the ones that would do something like that. I have 3 photos but 2 girls. This first one is from last month, she doesn't look like the girl though. The third photo is of my ex and his sister. His sister look just like the girl, and this second picture of of him boarding a plane to California.
Police2:how did you get these pictures?
You:I got them off of Instagram, I went to both their accounts and took screenshots.
Police1:we need you to come to the station with us.
You:ok.

Fuck, now I'm really scared.
I get up and follow the officers to their car, I have to sit in the back when the prisoners would usually sit. We get in and they start driving. It was a silent ride but we finally got to the station. One of the officers let me out and walked me into the station. They led me to one of the questioning rooms. I sat in the chair and waiting for the person to come in. About 5 minutes later a lady came in and sat in front of me.

Lady:hello Sydney. What's going to happen is some officers are looking at the photos and one of the officers that saw the girl with you will compare. You will have to stay here until this is all figured out. We might need this room soon though, so you might be moved to a cell, I hope that's ok.
You:yeah it's ok, can I make a call really quick?
Lady:do you know where?
You:yeah.
Lady:ok.

She lets me out of the room and I go to where you can make a call. I dial Kouvr's number and she answers.

K:hello?
You:Kouvr it's me, Sydney.
K:why are you calling from this number?
You:I have to stay here until they figure everything out. Right now I'm waiting in one of the questioning rooms but I might be moved to a cell because the are going to need that room.
K:ok, your going to be ok.
You:Kouvr, what if paparazzi sees me going in or out of the cell?!
K:it'll be alright. If they do, we can explain exactly what happened.
You:ok, bye, love you Kov.
K:love you too Syd.

She hangs up and I go back to the room. The lady is by the door waiting.

Lady:we have to take you to a cell.
You:ok.
Police:Sydney please put your hands behind your back.
You:wait what?!
Police:anything you say may be held against you.

I put my hands behind my back and the police officer puts hand cuffs on my wrists. They lead me to a cell and lock me in it.

You:I have a question.
Police:yes?
You:why am I being locked up?
Police:you threatened someone to kill him.
You:wait what?!
Police:we have it all on video mam.
You:can I make a call?
Police:in the morning you can.
You:what time?
Police:10am-12pm.
You:ok, thanks.

The police officer leaves and I sit against one of the walls.
