I sit against one of the walls in the cell thinking.

Why am I here?
Did Jake do this?
I didn't threaten anyone.
I hope everyone is doing ok.
How long will I be here for?
Did Avani have fun with Anthony today?
Larray never said what he was doing. Kinda sus.
Will people think I'm a bad influence?
I didn't even do anything wrong though.
Is the food here good?
I should try to get some sleep.

I go over to the bed and lay down on it. It's not comfy at all but at least it's something. I close my eyes and fall asleep.

I wake up and see a police officer at my cell door.
Police:change into this outfit please.
The officer hands me an orange prisoner outfit. Why do they make them orange? Like, why not a prettier color? I change into the suit then brush my hair using my fingers.
A few minutes later the officer comes back.

Police:would you like to make a call to anyone?
You:yes please.
Police:ok, follow me. You will only have 5 minutes. 
I follow them to the place where you make calls. I dial in Kouvr's number. It rings for a little then she answers.

K:hello?
You:they locked me in a cell.
K:just for waiting?
You:no, they said I threatened a 'him'
K:do you have to wear one of those orange suits?
You:yeah, I don't know why they didn't make them a different color.
K:agreed, but Ryland wants to talk to you.
R:hey babe.
You:hi baby.
Ry:are you stuck in a cell?
You:yeah. I don't know what to do right now, my head is all over the place.
Ry:your going to be ok. I'll come to the station soon and see if they can let you out.
You:ok, thank you babe.
Police:times up!
You:I have to go, bye!
I hang up then go back to my cell.

~Ryland's POV~
Sydney hangs up and I give Kouvr her phone back.

Nick:wait, where are you going?
Me:the police station to see if they can let Sydney go. First I want to go to sway and get some of the sway boys.
Vinnie:could I came?
Me:sure I guess.

Me and Vinnie get in my car and drive to the sway house. We get there and Vinnie knocks on the door. Bryce opens the door.

Bryce:hey guys, what's up?
Me:Sydney is in jail and I want you to come with us to get her out.
Bryce:why is she in jail?!
Me:someone said she threatens to kill someone, but she didn't.
Bryce:yeah, I'll go get Josh to come.

Bryce goes and gets Josh then we 4 get into my car. I drive to the California police station. We get there and go inside, Bryce and I go talk to the front desk lady.

Lady:how can I help you boys?
Me:is there a way for us to get Sydney Mae out of jail?
Lady:um no, not right now, you have to wait a week then you can.
Bryce:can you explain why she is in jail.
Lady:there is video proof that Sydney threatened to kill a man.
Me:what was the man's name?
Sydney:um Jake Book.
Me:Sydney first came here because she knows who actually tried to threaten who.
Lady:sir we have all the evidence we need, Sydney is the threat.
Me:no she's not! Jake and his sister are the threat! Sydney brought pictures of clear evidence on how it's Jake and his sister!
Lady:I'll be back in one second.

They lady goes to the other desk and grabs a file. She comes back and opens the file. Inside is 2 pictures.

Lady:are these the photos she took?
Me:yes. Both of these are from Jake's Instagram. The first one is him boarding a plane to California and the second one is him and his sister. The girl in that photo is the person that tried to threaten Sydney. Jake is Sydney's ex and they ended on bad terms.
Lady:please go sit down, someone will be back to talk to you in a minute.

Bryce and I go sit down next to Josh and Vinnie.
Josh: is this her first time in jail?
Vinnie: no.
Josh: so she's used to all this?
Vinnie: yeah.
Bryce: how long was she in jail for?
Vinnie: 3 months.
Josh: damn.
Me: she shouldn't even be in here right now.

A few minutes later a police officer comes out.
Police:who is here for Sydney Mae?
Me, Vinnie, Beyce, and Josh stand up. The police officer leads us to a room.

Police: so the pictures here are here, but I need you 4 to listen to this video and tell me what you think.

We listen to the video and that's not Sydney's voice.
Police:ok, what are your opinions?
Me:that isn't Sydney threatening. Her voice is deeper than that.
Vinnie:yeah I agree with Ryland.
Josh:if sounds like a 7 year old that is threatening.
Bryce:wouldn't this be set up? Because there is someone filming, so their plan is to get Sydney in jail.
Police:that is true. Ok, Sydney is not guilty of threat. She will be release shortly, for now you 4 boys go wait in the lobby.

We go outside to the front and wait.

~Sydney's POV~
Currently I'm sitting on the floor painting the ground I'm my cell pink with some paint I found in the cafeteria. I hear a cough and I look at my cell door, there is a police officer standing there.

Police:you are bing let free, but where did you get that paint from?
You:when we got breakfast I found it in the cafeteria on the ground so I took it to make my cell feel more home like.
Police:ok well you leaving, so let's go.

I get up and follow the police officer to the side door. They let me outside and I turn the corner to see Ryland, Vinnie, Bryce, and Josh. I run up to Ryland and hug him, once he realizes it's me he hugs me back.

You:how did I get let out?
Josh:we came and talked to people and they agreed and let you out!
You:uh ok. I wanna go home now, and get out of this orange suit.
Ryland: lets go.
We get into Ryland's car. Ryland is driving, I'm in the passenger seat, and the other boys are in the back seat. Ryland starts driving to sway.

You:on our way back, can we stop at Dunkin?
Ry:sure.
We drop Bryce and Josh off at sway then go to Dunkin drive-thru.
Ry:what do you want?
You:can I have an ice coffee with 4 pumps of Carmel, 25 donut box with 10 chocolate and 15 glazed. Please.
Ry:yeah, Vinnie want anything?
V: I'll take a chocolate donut.

Ryland pulls up to the window to order.
Worker:hello welcome to Dunkin Donuts, what may I get started for you?
Ry:can I get an iced coffee with 4 pumps of Carmel, a 25 donut box with 10 of them chocolate and 15 glazed, a regular chocolate donut, and lastly a powdered donut.
Worker:ok you want an iced coffee with 4 pumps of Carmel, 25 donut box with 10 of the chocolate and the rest glazed, a chocolate donut and a powdered donut. Is that all?
Ry:yes.
Worker:your total will be $26.48 at the window.

We finish going through the line and get our food.
