Cruel World {Minho}

Chapter 7

I feel myself about to vomit all over Gally but I keep it in,just hold the towel a bit tighter against my body.

"What kiss?" I ask,pretending to know nothing about it.
"Don't lie with me Emily."
"Who would you tell?"
"Oh no one."
"Really?"
"No. Everyone."
"What's the big deal?"
"Alby maybe a rule about you the minute you showed up. Nothing could happen between you and a boy,and if he finds out Minho and you will be killed."
"He wouldn't do that to Minho."
"Oh trust me,he will. Alby can be nice but he's stern."
"So what do you want?"
You know Thomas?"
"He runner? Yeah. A little bit."
"Okay,whatever he says,whatever he does,you must agree with me and disagree with him."
"Why?"
"Because he's wrong. Does that sound like something you can do?"
"Yes, it does."
"Good,well have a nice shower."
"Um. Thank you."

I step inside the shower and close the door,taking away the towel and letting the steaming hot water rinse my body, at least I knew Minho wouldn't be in any harm but I hated that I had to be on Gally's side now. I knew it wasn't the side I wanted to be in but now I had to suck up to him,act like his girl or best friend. Which I wasn't,I wouldn't ever be.

I walk round later with Minho,I tell him all about Gally.

"He's a right shank but if it has to be done it has to be done. Doesn't it?"
I sigh "Yes."
"It's annoying because I'm worried someone will see us but all I want to do now is kiss you."
"I want to kiss you too."
"I actually never thought I'd see love again,until you came. Because here love has been ripped from our lives."
"That's not true."
"It's not?"
"No. We accept the love we think we deserve."

I check to see that no ones around so I kiss him gently on the cheek.

"I don't think I can see myself with any of these other boys." I whisper to him. "You're the one,that's it, you're the one."
