A Sizzlin' Summer

Part 6

Once they both got to Tess' house, they both crashed out on the couch. She looked at her lover and smiled because she still couldn't believe the fact that he bought another ticket to fly out to Los Angeles with her, while she was crying because she thought that she wouldn't see him again. She made Keith visit her place, showed him every spot of the house, started from the kitchen to her room, bathroom, secret movie theater, inside pool and jacuzzi, basketball court in the basement, a karaoke room to finish with a wonderful view on the Hollywood sign. While she was admiring the view, Keith came from behind and hugged her, she smiled and told him that she was happy that he came with her and that she really hopes that someday he finds in himself a little bit of compassion to forgive his parents for sending him away even though he never wanted to move...

Keith's parents were having a barbecue at their house and obviously they invited Tess' family including Tristan and Ambrose's family over and while everyone was partying, Tess overheard a conversation between Keith's parents talking about the fact that since he's done with high-school it was time for him to go study in another country because he somehow started to get too close to Tess, she quickly ran towards her best-friends to tell them what she heard and none of them believed her until his parents annonce the news and there was Tess crying in her mom's arms because she didn't want her best friend to leave the country. The next morning Keith's parents took him to the airport in order for him to take a flight to Vancouver Canada... what's funny is that his parents took his phone and gave him another one that's only for emergency, like calling them to tell them that he arrived safely. Keith's parents always thought that Tess was a little too extra for their son, she was a very "interesting" little girl until her grandpa died literally three days before Keith left that country, yet she acted like everything was going well and not even her parents notice that she was sad or anything. A couple years after Keith settled in his house in Vancouver, he decided to find a way to contact Tess, when he finally reached her, they talked for hours about how much they miss each other, they talked about their memories together as a group of friend and how Tess was still the baby of the friend group, she was smiling with tears in her eyes but she was still looking very pretty, she then proceeded to add Tristan and Ambrose on the FaceTime call to see how they we're doing and let's just say that Ambrose was a mess to be honest, he had become just like his dad, cold hearted, drug addict but yet his parents didn't really care about him like that, he got into a lot of fights and that's what caused him to move multiple times without anyone knowing... On the other hand Tristan was living his best life, let's just say that he was the favorite child and somehow he was "perfect", nobody ever complained about it though because everybody knew that Tristan never played about his brother who happens to be his only best-friend, despite the fact that he had other friends, he would rather always be with his brother than other people and why because they always end up leaving or switching up on him while his half brother would always be there for him no matter the situation... Tess was still struggling with school and the problems that she happened to be causing at home, the constant need to hug people because she was feeling sad and confuse about everything, she didn't know who to talk to about anything that was happening in her life, it's life she lost control of her own thoughts and was trying to get it back but it was too hard to do it alone.
"Imagine trying to survive in a world where bad things happen and you lose yourself along the way trying to help others stay alive when you're struggling to stay alive yourself" she thought to herself while talking to her best-friends.
They talked for hours trying to keep one another alive because they had faith in them that someday they would see each other again and have fun, make memories and find love but until then, they had to fight to not go to the dark place and do things that might ruin their future.

Present day*
A couple days later, Keith asked Tess if she wanted to go visit his family and she said yes, as if she was waiting for this moment basically her whole life. They then proceeded to get in the car and go to Beverly Hills, one of the most expensive area ever in California... Mansions everywhere, some celebrities used to live in the area but moved out because some fans weren't very nice to them but again it didn't faze anybody when these celebrities moved out with their whole family.
There they were, in front of Keith's parents mansion, he was doubting himself to why he actually came, what he was going to tell them, how he was going to approach them and last but not least, why did they make him move so far away from everything and everyone. He rang the doorbell and a guard came to open the gate and the guard looked very confuse because he recognized Keith's face but didn't realized until later that he was his boss's son, they got out the car and they we're both looking at each other while telling each other that it was going to be okay. As they we're about to knock on the door, Keith's dad opened to door just to reveal his son standing in front of him.
