15: prison.

the two ended up in a garden but unlike the gardens in human world, this garden is dull.

the flowers, plants and grass are all in the same colors which are red and black.

jimin looks around in awe and went to the flowers while taehyung just stayed in the entrance and watched the boy.

"woah.. it's so pretty here."

"i thought you like colorful things?" taehyung crossed his arms.

the younger crouched down to poke a flower. "but your garden is pretty- ow." he pouts as his finger starts bleeding.

"glad you didn't poke the poisonous flower. you can't just poke or touch any flower here. they can be poisonous and kill you." taehyung explains.

jimin gulped and stood up, looking at satan. "t-then why did you plant them?"

"so that some intruders will die when they tried to steal flowers or plants here and be my dinner." satan answers.

the human shivered at the thought and nodded. "isn't the poison gonna be in your body when you eat them?"

taehyung chuckles and stared at jimin deep his skull. "nothing can kill me, park, even a poisonous food won't affect me." he said, caressing jimin's right cheek.

"many demons and wizards tried killing me by putting poison on my food but it's no use. i immediately found out about it and killed them then made them my dinner."

"s-so that means nothing can kill you?"

"exactly. why? you're trying to kill me to be able to escape? hm?"

jimin gasps and shook his head. "n-no. i never wanted to.."

taehyung just stared at him, trying to read his mind.

it's true, jimin is really telling the truth that he's not planning to kill him, or escape this place.

it seems like the human is now enjoying this place and being with the satan which is known as taehyung in human world.

also, his feelings still remains the same.

"how old are you?" jimin asks.

taehyung sat down on a bench and stared at him. "you forgot already? 2648 years and 20 in human age."

"woah, that's a lot. i'm only 19-"

"i know that."

jimin frowns at him. "how?"

"i know everything about you, except your family. i've been following you for three months already before i enrolled in that school so i could see you everyday closely." taehyung answers.

"i was just looking for a target in your world when i ran pass you and you were with jungkook. since that day, i started following you without you noticing it."

jimin didn't know if he should be scared or happy that there's still a possibility for taehyung to fall in love.

"no. i won't fall in love with anyone, park. why are you thinking that?"

taehyung crossed his brows then stood up, walking towards the boy. "are you planning to make me fall for you so you could steal my throne?"

jimin gulped and immediately shook his head. "n-no!! it's not like that!"

the demon growls and grips both of jimin's wrists. "you fucking liar. trying to make me weak for you so you could be the king, huh?"

the human whimpered and cries from the pain. "i-it hurts.."

"shut up." satan then dragged the poor boy towards somewhere.

he went to the stairs and went down on it, jimin trying to wiggle out from his grasp.

"p-please! i wasn't p-planning anything!" he begged.

but taehyung only keeps walking until they reached the prison.

this is the place where intruders and demons who betrayed the king are being stocked to be the king's dinner the second night.

they never got fed and are starving to death before the demons will take them to cook for satan.

jimin whimpered and looks around, seeing the demons begging for help and mercy when they saw the human and king.

"n-no please do-don't.." he mumbles.

taehyung unlocks a cell and pushed jimin inside then locks it again.

jimin sobs and crawls towards the king and looks up at him. "p-please i-i'm telling you the truth."

taehyung grips the keys tightly on his hand as he can read jimin's mind.

the boy in telling the truth but he doesn't want to believe it.

"shut up!! stop poisoning my mind!!" he shouted, tears unbelievably streaming down his cheeks.

jimin stared at him in shock. he can't believe that taehyung, the satan, is crying.

"I HATE YOU! AND YOU WILL DIE HERE WITH THEM!" taehyung shouted before walking away, leaving the boy inside the cell.

"n-no.. taehyung.." jimin mumbles while crying.

he watched as the demon walks away and he heard a door being slammed close.

"i c-can't let you find out that i'm in love with you.. i'm s-scared to get hurt."

"i'm sorry."
