Allura was gone. She sacrificed herself to save us. I didn't want her to go. We were family, all of us. Shiro, Hunk, Pidge, Coran, Keith, Me, Allura. We were happy. Now we're just broken shards of what we use to be. I haven't healed. If you call crying to sleep each night, then I've healed. Everyone can't believe it. I can't believe it. She can't be gone.
When she died, she brought back Altea and Daibazaal. Keith is making a speech on Daibazaal. I have my tv turned on, watching. He started talking about Allura's sacrifice. I started crying. At any mention of her name, I break. Funny isn't it? A defender of the universe, crying over a name. I can't help it. Before I know it, I'm sobbing. Veronica comes in, hugging me. She always is here for me. Since I came back to Earth after Allura's death, She has been here and has been helping me heal. I mumble "I'm sorry. I'm sorry I'm broken." She hugs me tighter and says "You May be broken. But everything that's broken can be fixed. I'll be here every step of the way, helping you heal." I hugged her back and said "Thank you, Veronica." She said "Anything for my brother." I smile slightly at her.
