Come

These letters annoyed me. Why couldn't I just talk with him in person? Life su- life can be bad. So I thought of the good side. I might see dad. I met Mia. I have a sister.

That's all. The bad is taking over.

Samuel. I'm not poor. I have a school. I-I-I... I what?

I woke up, and Samuel was there... WITH ANOTHER RESPONSE!!! He read it out loud. It was short.

Dear Noel,
I'm sorry to say this, but I need some proof that you are my daughter. Who is... Who was your mom?
Please respond,
John... Dad...

PS: sorry I'm not used to this...

That was it. The whole letter was just a darn question. Samuel got out some paper and a pencil, and I wrote:

Dear dad,
My mom is called Terisa Brown. Hope that answers it.
Love,
Noel. <3

That was the shortest letter I have ever written. But I put it in an envelope, and gave it to Samuel anyways. He went off, giving it to the post office, while I fell asleep. I dreamt of dad, coming to our house. As soon as he sees me, he kissed me, and we lived together. A happy dream.

As usual, Samuel was there, with a letter. I read it.

Dear Noel,
I shall be on my way to your home.
Love,
Dad.
