Chapter 1

Qibli stepped into the school, his backpack slung around one shoulder. "HEY! HEY QIBLI!" He heard a familiar voice say, as someone with pink and yellow hair, a yellow shirt, blue shorts, and white sneakers bounded up to him. "Oh, hey Kinkajou!" Qibli said, smiling warmly. Kinkajou wrapped her arms around Qibli, bringing him into a tight hug. "Where's Moon?" Qibli asked as Kinkajou let go. "Oh! I think she was getting something from her locker!" Kinkajou replied. "Hey Qibli, hey Kinkajou." Moon said, fiddling around with her notebook. "Did you see Winter yet? I think I saw him a few minutes ago, or it was just another person with white hair. Or maybe I'm just imagining things." Kinkajou asked Qibli, looking around a few times. "Nah, knowing him he's probably 'perfecting' his hair and clothes." Qibli joked, adjusting his backpack. "Or he's standing right behind you." Qibli spun around and found Winter staring at him. "Hey Winter!" Kinkajou exclaimed, wrapping her arms around him. Winter pulled her off as Kinkajou stepped back, still smiling. Moon nodded to Winter. "Hey Prince Salty!" Qibli said cheerfully, putting his arm around Winter's shoulders. Winter shoved Qibli's arm off him. "Damn, Prince Salty is EXTRA  salty today." Qibli teased. "And I see you're still an idiot." Winter said stiffly. "Boop, boop, boop, boop." Qibli said, pressing Winter's face. "The hell are you doing?" Winter said, swatting at Qibli's hand. "Pushing your buttons, of course." Qibli said, smiling brightly. "Shut up." Winter said, hiding a smile. "Was that a smile?! DID PRINCE SALTY ACTUALLY SMILE?!" Kinkajou said, her eyes glittering. "Of course I didn't, it's fucking Qibli we're talking about." Winter said, glaring at Qibli. Kinkajou gasped. "HOW DARE YOU!" Kinkajou shouted, lightly slapping Winter's cheek. "WHAT?!" Winter shouted back, smacking Kinkajou's hand away. "you swoooooreee..." Kinkajou whispered, lightly slapping Winter's face again. "will you stop  touching my face, both of you?!" Winter said, smacking Kinkajou and Qibli's hands away. "hmmm..." Qibli said, acting like he was deep in thought. "Nah." Qibli and Kinkajou said in unison. Winter grumbled something under his breath as he walked away, With Qibli, Kinkajou, and Moon close behind him. 

Winter slammed his locker door as Qibli and Kinkajou started to imitate him, while Moon stifled a laugh. Winter stopped outside math, turning to face Qibli and Kinkajou. "I swear to god if you keep copying me I'll rip your arms off." Winter spat, turning and walking into the math classroom, sitting at his desk.
