Cupids mistakes

Shots Fired

"Hey Percy," I say to him as I join his side in the hallway. Thank god he is heeled and ready to go. As we are walking he tells me he used the water the nurses brought him to help with the cuts and broken bones since he couldn't get up himself to get some.

"Did we have home work last night?," Percy asks me since we have the same classes just at different times.

"Yes, we had two math problems and we had to choose a book for English class to read for our project," I say to him as he grunts.

"I hate school and I'm a nerd," he tells me and I laugh. "Yes, just as I thought I didn't do it," he says while digging threw his school bag. Poor baby is going to get his first "F".

"Well you still have a little while before class starts you can go to the library and do the work," I say and he looks like he is debating.

"Okay then I will try to get it done," he says to me. "See you later Psyche," he says as he runs down the hall towards the library. I laugh at this action because it is just topical everyday Percy. As I walk in to first period I am the only one in besides the teacher because I sometimes like to get there early. I really hope Percy has his homework done, It took me about ten minutes to do it so it will probably take him five.

I grab my seat and read my new book I got a week ago called "OCD Love Story". It is a really good book actually but I wouldn't read it as much as "The Fault in Our Stars". In what I have read so for in this book, it is about a girl that has a lot of issues with her life so her parents make her go to therapy. At one point in the story the girl goes to a dance and the lights go out but while she is in the dark she can hear someone having a panic attack so she makes her way to him to help with the situation. When she is trying to get him to calm down it doesn't work so she kisses him. The boy then calms down a little but stiffens when she pulls away. The boy then runs away from her yelling ' I'm messed up' as she sits there watching and says 'I'm messed up too'. That little summary is pretty much how this book is going so far.

I know I should be reading the book I have for my English project but it isn't due until a couple more days. Anyway I chose the book "Romeo and Juliet" because it is a well known title.

The day goes by slow but when I get to my last period of the day something feels wrong.

I hear the lockdown alarm go off and gun shots fire.......
