Cupids mistakes

Can't breath

I sat in the chair for a little while until I feel water fall on me.

"Yuck" I say out loud. I see a boy standing on the side of me his jet black hair soaked, water dripping down his face, with black swim trunks on, and a smirk on his lips. I'm checking him out again, curses.

"Told you we were probably going to the same place" he says in a low raspy voice. I roll my eyes.

"I'm only here" I point to the floor "because Arthur invited me" I say smiling at Arthur playing in the pool with everyone else. Arthur turns and sees Eros. He then gets out of the pool and starts walking towards us.

"Hey.....umm... Eros right" Arthur says to Eros. Eros gives him a raised eyebrow then walks away.

"thank you Arthur" I think to myself as Eros walks to Heather on the other side of the pool. He then whispers something in her ear. She looks at me then smirks her evil smirk.

"What are you looking at" Arthur says looking in the say direction I am. I shake my head a little then look back at him.

"Oh...umm..nothing just thinking about... going to the pool and sticking my feet in" I start walking to the pool with Arthur right behind me. I sit at the edge of the pool then put my feet in it is a little cold at first but slowly warms up. Arthur gets in after me and splashes water on me.

"Arthur Stop" I say while holding my hands up in surrender.He then stops and gows underwater.

"Are you hungry " he asks me while putting his head on my knee in the water.

"Yes, well a little" he pulls his head straight up then jumps out the pool. He turns around to look at me.

"I'll go get you something to eat" he says then turns around to walk inside. I am left alone sitting by the pool. I then hear a familiar voice yell. I turn my head to see Percy with his hands being held behind his back by two boys his age. I then hear someone else yelling. I turn my head the other way to see Arthur being held by another guy and Eros. I gasp as I see they are yelling the same thing.

"Psyche run!" they both yell at the same time but it is to late. I am lifted up into the air and stood up on my feet with a boy holding my hands behind my back. Heather then comes out of the crowd and stands right in front of me. Arthur and Percy or pushed onto their knees while their arms are still behind their back. I turn to look at Heather then spit in her face.

"What is this about" I scream at her. She smirks at me.

"I want you to suffer your starting to be the popular one at school and I am and it's staying that way" she says the most horrible way she can. Then the guy holding me puts me in his arms and moves towards the pool.

"Oh, and Psyche hold your breath" she says to me. I drop one tear before I am thrown into the pool. I sink to the bottom of the pool. I get to the bottom and try to push of but I can my shirt that I had warn is hooked to the bottom of the pool. I start to panic. I can't breath anymore as I tug on to the fabric of my shirt. I loose the last piece of air I was holding in my mouth the water then gets in and I choke. I start to see little black spots in my vision while I see someone jump into the water.

Arthur and Percy struggle to get out of the guys grips.

"Percy she isn't moving" Arthur says looking into the pool. Percy and Arthur then loose all control and start fighting back. Arthur tears up a little. Then screams.

"It is all my fault I shouldn't have brought her to this stupid party" Arthur screams as loud as he can. Percy gives Arthur a signal that they made up when they were little. He then nods and kicks the guy helping Eros hold him. Percy does the same to one of the guys on his arms. Percy then gets out of the grip of the other person and does a round house kick to him in the face. Arthur hits Eros in the face then looks at Percy.

"Percy go I'll take care of everyone up here" he says heroically to me. Percy gives him one last nod then jump into the water. Psyche is all the way at the bottom of the pool still. Percy pulls on her but she won't come up. He looks at her shirt and sees it is caught on the bottom. He takes her shirt and rips it. Then pulls her up. They reach the top of the water. Arthur looks at Psyche's lifeless body then back at Percy.

"Get her in the car now" he says looking at her lifeless body.He jumps in the pool to help. Eros looks at them after he stands up with ashamed written in his eyes. They get her to the car. Percy jumps in the back of the car with her while Arthur drives. Percy picks up a McDonald's cup in the back seat and looks at Arthur.

"Arthur your car is gross when is the last time you cleaned this thing" Percy says in a grossed out voice.

"It has been a while okay but that is not the point right now the point is that Psyche looks like she is dead" he says.

"Fine" Percy says giving up. When they get to the hospital they rush her in to a room and tell the boys to wait outside.

Could this night get any worse they thought but they thought to soon.......
