The Call

The next week I am starting to worry about Percy and Arthur. I haven't seen either of them at school all week. I feel bad for making Arthur mad but it had to be done. What did he mean when he said "You will regret not loving your king"?

I am walking down the hall at the end of the school day when I am lifted up with a pair of strong arms. I giggled like an idiot as I was spun around. When I am put back down I give him a hug and in hale his minty smell.

"I love you" he says then kisses the top of my head.

"I love you too" I say then kiss his cheek. He turns a little red so I tickle his side. "Your blushing" I coo to him and kiss him again. He giggles a little then puts an arm around me as we walk to his motorcycle. I still don't like that thing but oh well.

"What are you doing this weekend?" he asks me as we get on the motorcycle.

"Well I was thinking about going to Percy's house to talk to him and make sure he is okay." I say to him.

"I will bring you then, okay because I don't want you going alone." he says to me. When I am riding with him I feel so safe. I then lean my head on his back while my arm is around his waste.

"Okay, I will call you when I wake up tomorrow" I say to him. I just wish I could stay in his arms forever. I close my eyes but don't go to sleep on the motorcycle. This is a small thing but it means that I trust him with my life on this machine. How did I end up with the bad boy?

When we get to my door I kiss him goodbye and watch him walk to him house.

"I love you Eros James Cupid" I say to him as he is about to go in to the house.

"And I love you too, Psyche Lynn White" he says sending me a smile before going inside. I walk inside and get ready for bed. I brush my teeth and bath. I feel like I can do anything but stay up because I'm so tired. I jump in to bed and get under the warm covers.

I wake up to my phone buzzing. I don't even open my eyes to look at who is calling.

"Hello" I say in to the phone tiredly.

"Psyche, please, please help it's Percy he has been in an accident" the voice screams and sounds like he is crying. I can hear police and sirens in the back round. My eyes shoot open and realize it is Arthur on the other end of the line.
