Chapter 19

"Y/N! Get down here!"

Huh? Urgh... I squirmed under my sheets. Why? There's no school today...

"There's someone here for you!"

I grabbed my pillow and pressed it upon my head, not wanting to get out of bed.

"A Bakugo Katsuki is here!"

With the mention of that name, I jerked out of bed and hurried downstairs. Katsuki?! Why?!

I staggered down the stairs still rubbing the remnants of last night's sleep from my eyes. As I got to the living room, I saw Katsuki sitting on the couch.

"W-Why're you.. uh.. here, Katsuki?" I asked the ash blonde to which a tick formed upon his forehead. I could see that he was about to lash out on me but seeing that my mother was just in the kitchen drinking coffee, he took a deep breath.

"You said, we'd go to a fuc— an amusement park today. If the shit— the plan is cancelled, then I'll just go home." Katsuki grunted as he curled his lip, trying his best not to say anything rude in front of my mom. My eyes glimmered in joy seeing that he wanted to go today when I thought that he didn't want to last night.

"No! No, uh.. it's not cancelled. We'll definitely be going. W-Wait just a minute." I told him springing in happiness as I approached my mom in a hurry.

"Mom, c-can I go with Katsuki?" I nervously asked my mother whilst fidgeting my fingers. She didn't look at me and just sipped on her coffee as she waved her hand, coldly gesturing me to go. I turned to face the ash blonde and saw that he was somewhat glaring at us but softened his stare when I looked at him. I gave him an eye smile assuring him that the plan was a go.

I hurriedly ran to my bedroom, turned on the shower and got ready for the date. So he did want to go.. mou~ Why didn't he say so yesterday?

I planned to wear a short sleeved blouse paired with a pleated mini skirt. I looked at myself in the mirror and I giggled. I don't remember the last time I felt this excited to go out.

After getting ready for a bit, I ran downstairs afraid that I might've took too long again. As I got down, I saw Katsuki standing in front our door looking fucking... hot. He wore a white jacket which was unzipped, revealing his black tank top, and sweatpants. He's not even wearing much but he looks hella stylish. He was as stoic as ever as I hurried to his side.

"Uhh, w-we'll be going now mom!" I exclaimed, however, mom just shrugged off my remark and didn't even bother replying. I slightly frowned as it pained my heart a bit but I abruptly brushed it off as I opened the door. I can't be saddened now, it'll jinx the whole day!

I playfully tugged my ash blonde companion's arm as I went outside but halted when he didn't budge from his place. I turned to look at him and saw that he was carefully eyeing out my mom as she did him. Yikes, this is awkward.

"Katsuki?" I told him with a worried look. Hearing me calling his name, he strided towards my side and closed the door behind us. He then walked towards the station's direction, pulling me with him, unfazed. I was hoping they'd get along considering they have the same attitude but... I guess I was wrong. I sighed at that thought.

"Hey! Aren't those two from the UA sports festival?"
"Yeah, I remember they fought each other in one of the matches."
"Are they dating? Wow. They look really cute as a couple!"

People started talking and I felt my heart beat race. I g-guess we really do seem like a couple, considering we went out like this together. I wonder how Katsuki is holding out from all of the commotion. He kinda looks cal— OH SHIT! As I turned to look at the ash blonde, he was gritting his teeth in embarrassment as he blushed in crimson.
