You opened your eyes to see yourself on a hospital-type looking bed, wait, where was the man? I need to ask him more! Suddenly you heard someone say teasingly "You look like crap" you look to see it was your emo cousin, "Hey, I haven't seen you in a long time," you said smiling.
"She's up guys," Sasuke said opening the door to let Naruto and Shikamaru into the room you were in.
"N-Naruto? H-Hi, er uh Hi Naruto!" you said smiling awkwardly, you looked so tired, you didn't want him seeing you like this.
"Hey, feel any better?"Naruto said checking up on you,
"Yeah, I am, thanks for coming guys," you said giving a warm smile
Sasuke had his hands in his pocket, Shikamaru had one of his hands propped onto his cigarette, which is surprising that Lady Tsunade let him in with that.
Shikamaru used to fingers to take out the smoking item, "Naruto carried you here" Shikamaru said
Your eyes lit up, it was really nice to know he would do something so generous to you, He really did care for you.
"T-thank you Naruto," you said nodding your head making eye contact with the attractive blonde male.
"Er uh it's no big deal," Naruto said turning his head in the other direction with his cheeks slightly red.
"Oh uh hey y/n, do you have a valentine?" he asked trying to be as casual as possible.
"Hell no, you think any boys like HER" Shikamaru said teasingly, "at least she doesn't have a smoking addiction," Naruto argued playfully nudging Shikamaru's shoulder.
"Actually no I don't have a valentine, I guess I never really paid attention to Valentines' day," you said giggling playfully, "Never paid attention, huh," Naruto muttered under his breath.

4 hours later after you recovered, you headed home.
"Y/n! Where have you been? Are you ok?" Iruka said as you entered your home
"I'm fine, I just went out with a couple of friends and fainted or something I don't know," you said giggling at the last part, Iruka plopped his palm on your forehead checking your temperature, "Good your not burning up," he said letting out a relieving sigh.
You headed to your bedroom, plopped on your bed, and opened your phone.

How perfect can Naruto be? He's handsome, caring, brave, and much more! Your heart jumped when you saw that notification, your stomach feeling like it's rising with butterflies.
You: Haha I did, thanks for asking.
Naruto: I'm glad! Uhh, this might be a little awkward but, would you wanna be my valentine?
You didn't know it was possible, but your heart jumped even more!
You: Yess Ofc! :)
Naruto: see ya tmrw?

You heard your door squeak open, "hey you've been on that phone smiling long enough, time for bed"
He said leaning against your door frame
"But dad' you said extending the word 'dad' disappointingly
"I'm not gonna say it again," Iruka said rubbing his eyes, you could tell
He was tired and you didn't wanna cause any trouble so you made it easier for both of you guys
And headed to bed.
You woke up to the feeling of someone shaking you back and forth "Pleaseee let me sleep person that's probably Shikamaru or Temari!" you said piercing the pillow over your head turning to the other side.
"It's Shikamaru, get up, you have a valentine don't you" he smirked as the last words he said came out of his mouth,
"I do? I DO! Wait how do you?-" he interrupted you mid-sentence "You don't think I snoop through your phone to make sure you're not doing trouble?" he said placing a cigarette in his mouth as usual, "Your so annoying," you said rising from your bed ruffling your hands through Shikamaru's hair.
Shikamaru excited your room so you could get ready, you changed into what you normally wear since it wasn't really a special holiday,
You walked out closing your door, Shikamaru looked at you and then he crossed his arms giving you a sign of saying 'I don't approve'
"What? Something wrong with my outfit?" you said
"Uhm yes? This is your first Valentine's day with a valentine and you're wearing THAT?" he said answering your question a bit too honest
"I'm not changing," you said crossing your arms cocking your head to the side playfully,
Shikamaru opened the door to your bedroom and placed his hands on your shoulders pushing you into the room.
You came out of your bedroom, "There, this better?" you said coming out of your room with a beautiful dress that shines and sparkles.
"Naruto's gonna love that," Shikamaru said smirking wrapping his arm around you.
(5 hours later, meeting up Naruto at Ichiraku)

"Y/n, Woah, I've never seen you in a dress before," he says handing you a bouquet of roses and a heart-shaped box of chocolates, "Aww Naruto you didn't have to do that," you said wrapping your arms around his neck, his hands as well enwrapping your back leaning into a hug.
When you let go, Naruto looked like he really wanted to say something, like he had some feelings bottled up inside him. "Naruto are you oka-" he interfered your sentence,
"I love you y/n! I love you! Ever since I met you here! Those days I'd wake you up by jumping on you, the days we got lost in the woods together, I've loved you ever since! Every day I missed you when I trained you with Jiraya! I want you to be your significant other f/n l/n" he ranted,
Your eyes lit up, your face turned into a tomato! When you looked back at Naruto suddenly your lips were pressed against his, The boy's hands cupping your cheeks and his eyes closing, your heart never felt more alive.
