Luke Hemmings.

I was sitting on my bed, guitar in my hands. I don't know why, but I grabbed my guitar and started to mess around with it. When I was younger, I used to play guitar, a lot. Usually after I had finished helping around the house with my brothers, I would lock myself in my room and try and learn guitar on my own. I would sing too, know one knew about that though, And no one will ever.

I've written songs before, but they aren't any good. Well to me, of course.

I strummed random chords. Which then became a little rhythm. I bit down on my bottom lip before grabbing a piece of paper, writing the chords I just played, along with the strumming pattern. "You make it look like it's magic." I sang softly, letting the strings ring out. I picked up my pencil and wrote down the lyric.

I sat for a few minuets before singing, "'Cause I see nobody, nobody but you," I paused then thought again. "You, You."

My mind started to race with lyric ideas, I started to strum and write down lyrics. About maybe an hour or two later I laid back on the couch and left out a sigh, finally finishing the song. I stayed like that for a few minuets before sitting up and picking up my pick and guitar and started to play the song from the beginning.

"You make it look like it's magic

'cause I see nobody, nobody but you, you, you
I'm never confused
Hey, hey

I'm so used to being used
So I love when you call unexpected
'cause I hate when the moment's expected
So I'ma care for you, you, you
I'ma care for you, you, you, you, yeah
'cause girl you're perfect
You're always worth it
And you deserve it
The way you work it
'cause girl you earned it, yeah
Girl you earned it, yeah

You know our love would be tragic (oh yeah)
So you don't pay it, don't pay it no mind
We live with no lies
Hey, hey
And you're my favourite kind of night

So I love when you call unexpected
'cause I hate when the moment's expected
So I'ma care for you, you, you
I'ma care for you, you, you, you, yeah
'cause girl you're perfect (girl you're perfect)
You're always worth it (you're always worth it)
And you deserve it (and you deserve it)
The way you work it (the way you work it)
'cause girl you earned it (earned it, yeah)
Girl you earned it (earned it, yeah)

On that lonely night (lonely night)
You said it wouldn't be love
But we felt the rush (felt the love)
It made us believe it there was only us (only us)
Convinced we were broken inside, yeah
Inside, yeah

'cause girl you're perfect (girl you're perfect)
You're always worth it (you're always worth it)
And you deserve it (and you deserve it)
The way you work it (the way you work it)
'cause girl you earned it (girl you earned it, yeah)
Girl you earned it (you earned it, yeah)

Nana nana
So girl you're worth it
The way you work it
You deserve it
I can tell you"

I put my gutiar down and sat back in the chair, swallowing hard. After singing those lyrics, I had just poured my feeling about Anne, in a song. I want her back. So bad. I just wanted her existance around me, it hurted so much. But she wouldn't want me back for the stupid shit I did.

"Luke, the girl that applied for the internship is here!"
