Chapter 11

A few weeks passes before school started again, the police looked for her body but it was never found. Maybe because it was being possessed by a demon that wanted to become and angel named Elaine. 

I knew exactly where the body was, but if I took that story to the police they would put me in a metal hospital. 

As usual I pulled myself out of bed, got into the bath changed and waited for the bus outside. I wonder how the Kelpie turned out, without any shared emotions he must have become horrible. 

The bus drove up the dirt road and I climbed up the step well, I walked to the back of the bus where Elaine was sitting waiting for me. I walked past the seat where the Kelpie and Stacy sat together. 

The Kelpie was sitting there with his arms crossed against his chest staring off at nothing while saying the occasional ' uh-huh and yep ', to a girl sitting next to him on the window side of the bus rambling on about her day...so far. 

I couldn't help but laugh just...a bit, he turned his head to look at me angrily. I covered my mouth but still laughed. I said 

" you must be having the time of your life right now " 

I walked to the back and laughed even harder then sat down next to Elaine, who watched the whole scene from where she was sitting. 

She said " you better be careful he is not playing around with you, even though you are with him " 

I said " I know, but I just want to push him to see what he'll do " 

She said 

" you see that girl sitting next to him, right? " 

I nodded and she kept talking " he's testing her to see if she is a good mate, right now as we speak. But it looks like she failed this test so far. Do you know what is going to happen to her? " 

I shook my head and she plowed on " he is going to eat her, eat everything until the liver and the heart are left. Do you know why he is going to leave the liver and the heart " 

I stared at her then him and shook my head she kept talking 

" because they are the two most pure organs in the human body " 

I didn't say anything

" did you know when you first came here, he tested you. He liked you for a while before you- " she stopped talking  

She went quiet and looked down at her lap, I looked at her. She didn't say anything else, it was like she was being scolded by parent. I looked at everyone in the bus, then my eyes stopped at the Kelpie. 

He was staring back at Elaine with angry eye's and muttering something, I didn't even think it was English. But I knew it wasn't Latin, some other langue. I heard him say her name at least 3 times before she fell over passed out onto my lap. 

Once she passed out he turned back around and listened to his dinner...I mean mate. He must of somehow forced her to tell her name to him, cause I know she wouldn't have told someone who knows how to use magic ( other than me ) willingly. 

I brushed her hair out of her face, she didn't wake up. I started to wonder how long she was going to stay like this. I checked her breathing and pulse which was perfectly normal, I hoped that he wouldn't have to wake her up. 

Once the bus stopped the Kelpie and his soon to be dinner walked off, Elaine groaned once they both stepped down. She pushed her self off of me and rubbed her eyes, she said 

" sorry I seemed to have fallen asleep what was I talking about? " 

I said " you were talking about how the Kelpie liked me and then something happened..."
