"Stay here." Hizashi jumped off the sofa to get the door, leaving the girl paranoid at who it could be. The possibility that it could be the only blood-related family she had left.

She flinched when her uncle let out a strangled scream... but it was his funny one so it couldn't be anyone but... 'oh no-'

"Oh thank god." Aizawa let out a shaky breath of relief upon seeing his daughter alive and well, leaning against the wall weakly. "Why do you never tell me anything?!" He yelled at the teenager, massaging his temples.

Karasu swallowed a lump in her throat, terrified of him. Nothing scares her more than her own father yelling. She lowered her face so that the sofa would hide everything but her eyes that shimmered with adorable innocence.

Hizashi came back, smiling sheepishly at his brother-like friend. "Could you have not told me she was with you!?" He scolded him. He came from patrolling so he must have been worried sick.

"How did you know... I wasn't at the dorms?"

"You're lucky your classmates were thinking about you. If you weren't with your uncle something serious could have happened to you!"

Karasu and Hizashi locked eyes, both of them guilty for not alerting Aizawa. He was out of breath and a look of terror stuck on his face unintentionally.

"Um... sorry?" She stuttered, making Hizashi burst out hysterically.

"What's so funny?! Banana man?!!" Her dad gripped onto the blondes ear, causing him to apologise frantically.

Karasu was giggling at the nickname and their friendship dyanmic. If laughter healed wounds, her legs would be as smooth as they were before the injury.

"So are you going to tell me why you're here?" Aizawa glared at the girl, going into his strict mode.

Karasu turned towards her uncle for help. He nodded, motioning her to answer honestly.

Taking a deep breath, she began, "Well..." She stuck out her leg, waving the bandage around.

"Are you telling me you mixed up Recovery girl for this bufoon?"

"HEy!"

"Not quite..." She had to explain the whole situation, her face going red after every word.

After finishing, she smiled like an idiot, eyes closed sheepishly.

Her father exhaled yet again, his frown deepening and his hair began floating, eyes glowing red.

Both Hizashi and Karasu squealed in fear, cowering behind the sofa. "Who?" He demanded.

Karasu shook her head, speechless. "Who?!"

"Dude you're scaring her." He said, equally as stunned as the girl next to him.

At last, his hair flopped back on his shoulders, eyes half lidded as always. "I'm not letting you off. Tomorrow you will explain everything to me just as you explained to your uncle if not more." He paused. "But for now... I'll give you time to think."

Before he could fully leave he let out a small 'oh', stalking towards the two.

Hizashi squawked, jumping on the sofa opposite in fear.

Aizawa stopped in front of Karasu, hugging her. "I already said this a million times kid, I don't want to lose you too. Can't you get it in that thick head of yours?" He whispered, patting her head.

"It isn't that serious dad... but I promise, I won't keep anything from you now." She said, kissing his cheek.

"You better." He pinched her nose and went on back to his job.
