I stood my ground, keeping in my spot. He would eventually become impatient and charge towards me. And I was right, he was racing towards me with little explosions crackling out of his palm as expected.

Swerving to the left, I grabbed his arm and took my stand in front of him, flipping him off the floor and harshly onto his back.

Before he could get up, I got on top of him and wrapped my hands around his neck, keeping my thumb on a pressure point to keep him from moving. Fighting with him was difficult since he always got back up like an annoying cockroach that was not dying or leaving.2

"One movement and you're dead. I think I win this one." I grin sheepishly. "No..." He breathed out, "I don't think so." Two extremely warm hands grasped onto my waist, I immediately let go out of fear that I'd kill him.

In a blur, my back slammed against the hard floor with hands secured above my head, knocking the air out of my lungs.

I struggled to get his grip off my hands, grunting under him as I wiggled. My legs wrapped around his torso, forcing him on my body. His grip luckily weakened but now we were stuck in an awkward position.

"So what's my aura now, dumbass?"

He listened to that time I told Midoriya about it...?
Huh... he is more observant than I give him credit for.

His breath was hot on my neck as he avoided looking me in my eyes. I gulped and hesitantly observed at the colour radiating off of his body. Getting annoyed at the colour since it proved my previous thoughts about him wrong. He isn't all muscles and insults, he's intelligent and strategic. Maybe emotionally stupid but still smart.

"You're golden-red... determined to do anything." That was my least favourite aura, not because it was bad but because these types of auras meant they consistent and never gave up.

Which meant this guy was willing to do anything to win.

"That's right." His voice sent chills down my spine, my face stayed still, my lips straight as I tried to restrain the irritation I felt. Training with him wasn't as bad as I thought, in fact, better. He didn't hold back and treated me like I was strong enough to handle it. I did get a few burns on my shoulder and legs but it was worth it.

My quirk wasn't made for fighting but I definitely was. Dad taught me good combat skills but there was one thing I had to learn by myself...

Sword fighting.

But in this case, I use a long stick. At first, it appears like a small cylinder toy but when I hit a button, it turns into a 1.5-metre long stick.

As long as my schlong I gotta say.

But that's for tomorrow. Now we both were exiting the training room to shower. Along the way, we were silent, not awkward or anything, more unreadable.

"Say Bakugo, I always sit on your table at lunch yet, we haven't spoken to each other much." I broke the ice, walking right beside him. He didn't spare me a glance, only a short scoff.

"Let's keep it that way."

I smirked, wanting to annoy him in the nicest way possible. "But you seem pretty lonely, besides- you just spoke to me."

"No, I'm not! You don't know anything so stop assuming!" He disturbed the peaceful silence within the dormitories. By now people might be trying to sleep.

Rolling my eyes, I tried again. "Come on, you're just proving me right..." For a split second, his eyebrows softened, crimson eyes not as threatening as before.
