*Third Person POV*

Karasu stumbled towards the school, her legs trembling as the smoke danced at the leftover rubble.

'My father... my friends... was that all gone!?'

After everything she did, it was all wasted for no reason. All this led her to believe that chasing after dreams only produces more suffering than happiness.

"Ah, you made it..." her head snapped towards that familiar voice, breath hitching at the invisible girl with a smug grin no one could see but hear.

"I- it was you?!"

"Of course, my dear Karasu. You're so dumb." Hagakure circled around her like a shark, unpredictable.

Karasu's jaw clenched, enraged at the constant confusion. "Why?!" She urged with her gaze following the knife Hagakure clenched onto.

"So you really don't know, huh..." She mumbled sarcastically. That was when Karasu noticed that she was naked so that no one could see her.

'She's going to stab me and run away...'

"It all makes sense now... why you took my hair..." Karasu sniffled, leaning against the cold metal pole for support. Completely defeated.

"Well, that too and I took one of your shirts and covered it with cute lil Tsu's blood then hid it under your bed- sorry I got your childish manga's covered in froggy blood." She cackled maniacally, sounding familiar...

Hagakure framed Karasu for murder, doing it so perfectly. She even made her and the frog girl feel rivalry between each other.
The strand of hair... getting the mafia to kidnap her and then release her too easily. The ebony-haired girl knew there was something suspicious about that but did nothing at the time. On one hand, she felt praise for the intelligence Hagakure had but hatred for the agony she put her through.

"But you realise there's a witness?! I have an alibi!" She fought back unconvincingly. The fear laced deep in her tone.

"Oh, you're so stupid! I'm not letting you live!" Hagakure suddenly screamed in her ear, causing Karasu to violently flinch.

"Besides who's going to believe that idiot you always hang out with?"

"He's not a fucking idiot." Karasu's voice trembled, reminiscing all of their memories in the slow minutes she may have left.

'He's gone... they all are... I'm too late ...'

"Why?!"

"Because of your..." She leaned closer, piercing the blunt knife through the other girls torso. "YOUR MUM." She shouted as Karasu grunted at the bloodied knife leaving her body. Her quivering palm landed on her leaking stomach, wetting all her clothes with warm blood.

"Heroes always think they're doing the best by saving more lives than a more important life"-

"The fuck you mean?!" She fell to her knees, as if the physical pain wasn't enough, her emotions were becoming bipolar. Not sure whether to rise up her throat or sulk down in her weighted chest.

"She let my parents die all because they were villains and the media just covered the damn thing up!"

"Bruh..." Karasu heaved, "I don't even know who your or my mum is... you're doing too much- AH!" she stabbed the convicted girl again, as if the first stab wasn't enough.

Agony embedded in her shriek, she curled into a foetus position, her surroundings becoming hazy from the hastened blood loss.

"I fucking hate heroes. The reason I even-" she continued on rambling, squatting besides the impaled girl.
