Chapter Ten

Regulus's POV
It has been a very weird day. First, Severus- that's my best friend- woke up earlier than me, which is very rare, then he started banging on my door. Then, when we went to lunch, Potter- that's Severus's boyfriend- and my Petey walked in a few minutes after we had started eating and were practically bouncing, but Lupin and my brother were no where to be seen. The only normal thing that happened was Pete and James sitting together, but even that turned weird when they started whispering to each other and giggling like little gossiping schoolgirls. Sev noticed this too as he sent me a weird look.
"Do you think they're planning something?" Sev asked me.
"They wouldn't without Lupin and Sirius. That would be like a betrayal to those 'Marauders'."
Then it turned even weirder as they both came and sat right in front of us at the Slytherin table.

"Hello beautiful gents. My dear friend Peter and I would like to ask you both to a double date this Friday." James started with a wide smile resting on his face.
"If you agree, we solemnly swear it will be the most amazing double date in the history of double dates." Pete said with a matching smile.
"Yes what he said." James continue.
"So what do you say?" Peter finished.

"We will... think about it." Severus answered as he pulled me from the Slytherin table.
"Okay so now the four of them know about us being in a relationship with those two."
"Yeah.. hey, you didn't tell me how the other two found out about you and James."
"Oh. Well they walked in on us in a classroom. How did your brother find out about you and Peter?"
"Of course they did... he had walked in mid-fuck."
"No duh. How do they have that talent to walk in when they're least wanted?"
"I don't know, Sev. I wish I knew. But we're obviously saying yes to the double date, right?"
"Of course we are."

"Okay boys, we will agree to the double date on one condition." I said to them.
"...and that is?"
"You both stop saying "mischief managed" after sex. We have no idea what that means, okay." Severus continued for me.
They gave each other a look before responding.
"Deal." They said simultaneously.
"Right then. We will be at the library if we're needed."
"That translates to 'don't go looking for us, you beautiful morons'."
