Chapter Seven

3rd Person POV
"I'm sorry, they did what?" James said while pointing at Marlene a Dorcas. What Lily had told him baffled him quite a bit.
"We may or may not have switched Remus and Sirius's personalities." Repeated Marlene slowly as if she were talking to a toddler.
"No no, yes, we got that it's just- what? Why would you do that?" squeaked Peter.
"Well you see, it's just that- well- we thought that-." Lily shot them a look as to say "shut-your-mouth-up-and-don't-tell-them".
"It's nothing important. Not anymore." Dorcas finally said.
After a thoughtful silence, James spoke up again.
"Well this makes senssssse!!" They all shot him confused looks.
"Why else would they be acting like each other and not know it?"
After another moment of silence, they all reacted.
"Ooohhhhh."
"Well how do they break the spell?"
"You see, that's the thing..."

"Oh yeah, that's not gonna happen." James and Peter responded in unison after the three girls explained how to reverse the spell.
"You sure there's not a counter-curse to the spell?"
"Yeah, we're sure."
"We checked every book on counter-curses we could."
"Except the restricted area of course. None of us can go in th-."
"THE RESTRICTED AREA!!! That's perfect!!"
"Weren't you listening? We just said none of us could-."
"Mr. Prongs, if you'll show them."
"Gladly, Mr. Wormtail... just let me find it."
Everyone just stood there as James was looking for his cloak.
"Ta-da!"
"A... cloak? How is that supposed to help us?"
"No, you see, it's an... invisibility cloak."
"No way! How do you have one?!"
"That's beside the point. The point is, this will help us get into the restricted area and look for a counter-curse and we can use the maaaa~. Maybe they shouldn't know about that part." James shook his head violently at that.
"Yeah, no they shouldn't."
"Yeah okay. Anyways, we won't get caught, trust us, so we'll be fine. And if we do, you three can go under the cloak."
"Yeah, I mean, it's not like Pete and I haven't gotten caught out before because we miss place the cloak anyways."
"Oh I remember that. It took us forever trying to find it, and then we remembered we were wizards and had wands so we Accio'd it... anyways, how does 10 pm sound?"
"Pads and Moony would be asleep by then and you three share a dorm anyways. That is unless you three don't want to help of course."
"No, I think we'll be fine."
"10 sounds fine."
"We'll be there!"
"And I mean, these two got us into this mess so they're kinda obligated to help anyways. I'm just doing this to have something to do." Lily said as she glared at James's attempt of a seductive smirk. Obviously she didn't know James was gay, but no one else did anyways.
