Chapter 12: Telling Them.

*knock knock*
"Ellie? Are you okay?" asked Delilah opening the door.
"Yeah. I-I'm sorry to come like that but- can I- is Tim here?"
"Yeah, come in, don't worry. Tim! Ellie's here!"
"Hey Bishop. What are you doing here? Are you okay?"
"Uh- no. I- I need to tell you something. It's really really messed up. And disgusting. And- and- embarrassing."
"Whatever it is Ellie, I'll be here."
"Uh- I'm pregnant. Well I should've start by 'Rogero raped me and now I'm carrying his- his child but I' m getting an abortion tomorrow and- and the more I say it the more fucked up it gets." Ellie said halfway crying.
"Woah- oh that's a lot."
"Yeah..."
"I'm sorry this happened to you Ellie. Do you need anything?"
"Yeah... But I can't have it."
"What is it?"
"Nothing. Sorry I bothered you and uh- thank you for listening. Imma go now."
"Ellie wait!"
She turned around.
"We're here for you. You never bother me. You're my little sister. I love you." he said hugging her.
"I'm sorry..." she whispered.
"Don't be."
She left and went to her next destination.

"Bishop." said Gibbs while working on his boat. "You should be resting."
When no sound came from his agent, he look up.
"Bishop? Did you see a ghost? You're pale as hell." he asked taking a few steps closer.
"Bishop? You okay?"
"I'm so sorry!" she screamed crying.
"Whoa, it's okay. What are you sorry for?" He asked side hugging her.
"I'm so sorry! I- I'm- I- It's-"
"Take it easy. Breathe. You don't have to talk."
"Nick- I- Nick-"
"Let me call him. Breathe Bishop."
As he said, Gibbs called Nick.
"Gibbs? Do we have a case?"
"No, come to my place."
"Is Ellie okay?"
"Yeah, come here."
"I'll be there in 15."

"Gibbs?!"
"Basement!"
"What's up? Ellie?"
Ellie was sitting on the ground holding her knees looking at the boat, emptiness filling her eyes.
"She came here looking like a ghost and could only apologize."
"El ?"
"I- I couldn't- I'm sorry..."
"It's okay. You don't have to apologize. You want me to tell him?"
She nodded.
"Okay." he said kissing her hair.
Gibbs and Torres went upstairs, letting Ellie get some space.

"Uh- he raped her and she's pregnant. She's getting an abortion tomorrow though."
"Crap."
"Yeah. I think she went to McGee's right before and explaining this twice in a row and to the man who's basically her dad is- hard."
"How are you holding up?"
"I want to kill him but I can't. I want to take her pain away. I want to- to- to be able to help her." Nick explained tearing up.
"You're already helping her. When she was having a panic attack she asked for you, she trusts you."
"Yeah but I wish I could do more."
"Yeah."
"She probably wants to hear you Gibbs. She came here for that after all."
"Yeah, I'm going back down."
"I'm gonna wait here, scream my name if you need me."
"Yeah. One more thing Nick."
"Yeah?"
"You're doing great. I'm sorry for everything."
"You saved her life. Don't apologize."

"Torres!" screamed Gibbs from the basement.
"Yeah?!"
"She's bleeding and unconscious."
"What do you mean she's bleeding?!" Nick asked rushing in.
"I'm pretty sure she's having a miscarriage. Stay with her I'm calling 911."
"Ellie?! Ellie wake up." Nick tried without any success. "It's gonna be okay, it's gonna be okay. Please be okay El. Please..." He whispered rocking her unconscious body.
The ambulance came and took her. Nick went with her while Gibbs drove behind them.
They waited, again.
"I uh- I'll come clean the blood- stain..." said Nick crying.
"I'll clean it up. It's not the first time there's blood in there."
"It's not the same kind of blood."
"I don't care."
