chapter 24

ryu's POV

I let those girl pass but when i heard those son of a bitches call her a fucking prostitute, I-i just snapped. Their guts to talk bad about eliza in front of me especially in front of her just drove me really mad that made me punched the guy in the middle, hard. Gasps and clamoring filled the place as soon as my fist landed on this motherfucker's face.

The guy fell on his back so i forced him to stand and face me.

"WHAT THE FUCK DID YOU SAY?!" i asked him in gritted teeth.

"I SAID SHE'S A FUCKING WHORE! A FUCKING PROSTITUTE!" the guy said and laughed maniacally  that made me lost my humanity and attacked him without remorse.

His friends started to attack me after seeing their friend fell while coughing blood but that didn't made me stop from beating the shit out of them, so i attacked everyone trying to get in my way, kicking and punching them with all my strength like a madman.

I was livid, But then i heard her begging me to stop and when i turned to face her she was crying and wiping her tears that wouldn't stop streaming down to her face. I was about to go to her but she ran and left while still crying.

I feel like someone stabbed my heart just by seeing her cry.

I glanced at the assholes who are now clutching their stomach and coughing blood on the floor and took a menacing step towards them and looked at the assholes like a beast ready to attack it's prey.

I heard my friends coming and asking me what happened but i continued to walk towards the motherfuckers who hurt my baby emotionally and when i neared them, i stepped on one of the assholes who's still clutching his stomach in pain and put all my weight on my feet to suffocate the bastard.

"Once i see your faces again, I'll  fucking kill you in more ways than one. Fucking remember that." i said in gritted teeth And removed my feet from stepping on the asshole and looked at the crowd without any emotions on my face.

When i looked at the crowd, everyone have their attention on me while still gaping. They have this shocked and frightened expression written on their faces especially the girls who criticized eliza earlier.

"Anyone who tries to talk bad and hurt eliza, you already know what will happen to you, so be fucking aware, you might be the next one if you even fucking try." i said through gritted teeth but with a face that's void of any emotions before glancing at my friends who are frozen in shock.

"Dispose these garbages in the principals office" i demanded before leaving to find eliza.

I ran around the campus to look for her and as i expected she stayed at a place where there were only few students staying. While approaching her, i could hear her sobbing behind the tree so i walked faster to comfort her.

"baby, it's okay. I'm here. I'm sorry i'm sorry" i said as soon as i neared her and hugged her tightly.

I stayed by her side until she stopped crying and stayed there with a comfortable silence engulfing us. We're stting behind the tree, with her back on my chest and my arms are encircled around her, hugging her from behind. I brushed her hair repeatedly with my fingers and kiss the side of her head from time to time.

"babe?" basag ko sa katahimikan.

"hmm?" sagot nito ng nakapikit.

"okay ka na?" ani ko sa malambing na tono.

"oo, thank you" sagot nito habang nakapikit pa din.

"mabuti naman. I dont like seeing you cry" i said and kissed  her temple.

"bakit naman?" tanong nito sa mahinang boses.

"i dont know but when i saw you cry earlier i feel like someone stabbed my heart with a sharp knife" madamdamin kong sagot at tinitigan naman niya ako.

Nagulat nalang ako ng bigla ay hinawakan nito ang mukha ko at hinalikan ako. It was just a smack pero sobrang bilis ng tibok ng puso ko.

Tangna tol ang bakla pero sobrang bilis talaga ng tibok ng puso ko. Parang kinakarera sa sobrang bilis.

Nang makabawi ay hinawakan ko ang mukha nito at hinalikan siya ng malalim na buong puso naman nitong binalik. We were catching our breath when we stopped and stared at each others eyes before we both laughed.

"I'm glad you're okay now" nakangiting ani ko.

"me too." nakangiting sagot nito. "that was our first kiss as a couple" dagdag na ani niya.

"yeah, gusto mo ulitin?" nang-aasar na sabi ko.

"tumigil ka nga." natatawang sabi nito at saka pabirong tinampal ang braso ko na sabay naming ikinatawa.

"Hoy may klase pa pala tayo!" anito ng maalala at saka nagmamadaling tumayo na ikinatawa ko.

"shet alas dyes na!" natatarantang ani nito. " ikaw kasi eh! ba't di mo pinaalala" atsaka tinampal ang braso ko na ikinatawa ko lang.

"uy ba't ako?!" natatawang tanong ko.

"eh kasi di mo pinaalala!" naka pout na sabi nito atsaka hinila ang braso ko para tumayo "tumayo ka na nga diyan, late ka na nga din oh, baka mapagalitan ka ng guro niyo. Dali na!" pilit nito kaya tumayo na ako habang natatawa sa inaakto niya.

Hinawakan ko ang kamay nito atsaka sabay kaming tumakbo papunta sa room niya habang tumatawa, muntik ko na kasing makalimutan yung bag ko mabuti nalang naalala niya at sa kasamaang palad ay umambon pa!

We were laughing together while running  kasi basang-basa na kami kaya di nalang kami pumasok. Instead, naligo nalang kami sa ulan total basang-basa naman na kami. Atsaka okay lang kasi may extra naman kaming damit dun sa locker namin at sa car ko. Pwede ko nalang ipahiram sa kanya yung damit ko.

Parang bata ay naghahabulan kami sa school garden habang tumatawa at ng mahuli ko si eliza ay nakayakap ako sa likod nito atsaka sabay na natawa, wala namang tao eh atsaka wala kaming paki kung may makakakita man samin.

Nang tumila na yung ulan ay tumigil na din kami at kunuha yung mga damit namin sa locker pagkatapos ay nagbihis sa cr.

I was waiting for eliza outside the girls restroom when i received a text from carl. 

from: carl reyes

to: ryu

'pinapapunta ka ng tito mo dito, dahil daw sa nangyari'

'pupunta ako diyan, hatid ko lang si eliza sa room nila" sagot ko rito at saka sinend.

"babe tapos ka na?" pasigaw kong tanong kay eliza habang nasa labas pa rin naghihintay.

"malapit na" sagot naman nito at wala pang minuto ay lumabas na ito habang sinusuklayan yung buhok niya.

 "ako na" ani ko at kinuha ang suklay saka sinuklayan ang medyo may kahabaang buhok nito.

"ayan tapos na! maganda ka na ulit" nakangiting sabi ko at binigay sa kanya yung suklay.

"so pangit ako kanina ganun ba?" nakataas kilay na tanong nito sa akin.

"N-no! i didnt mean that" agad kong tanggi. " i mean your hair is magulo b-but you're still pretty babe. Yeah ahm that's what i mean" natatarantang sagot ko pa at tumawa naman siya.

"i was just teasing you okay" natatawang sabi nito sakin. "Ang cute mo. Tara na nga" natatawa paring ani nito atsaka hinalikan ang pisnge ko at agad naman akong pinamulahan.

Nauna na itong naglakad kaya mabilis akong humabol at hinawakan ang kamay nito kaya napatingin ito sa kamay ko.

"may sugat ka sa kamay mo" she pointed out ng makita ang sugat ko sa kamay.

"it's just a scratch" ani ko at tiningnan ang namumula kong kamay na may sugat dahil sa kakasapak kanina.

"no, let's go to the infirmary" anito at nagsimula ng maglakad papunta sa school clinic kaya sumunod nalang ako.
