Sooah had successfully made the cookies and they were now baking in the oven but a certain someone was pissing her off the whole time. He'd take bits of the batter, throw flour at her, you name it. She kicked him out into the living room but he came crawling back with a pout on his face which just made Sooah laugh at him.
She stretched out her arms a bit as she took off her apron and left it on the stool before making her way into the living room. Most of the guys were on their phones, others watching tv while Seungmin read 'the subtle art of not giving a fuck'. Sooah thought the book was rather explicit but she shrugged it off. "I'll be heading home when their done," she smiled and chan shot his head over to her.
"The storm we got yesterday is bad again so I'm not sure if it's a good idea for you to go home," he said and she knitted her eyebrows together before looking outside and the wind and rain was pretty bad from what she could see. There was a tree that was about to fall down and it was close to an electricity pole and she was full blown sure if it fell, they all would be without electricity for the night.
"We can't all stay here though. And I really don't wanna be a bother so I'll call my parents and ask them to collect-"
"Your dad texted me already and asked if you could stay with me for the night which I gladly said you could," Jisung gave her a tight lipped smile and she knitted her eyebrows together.
"My dad barely let me stay at the volleyball team sleepovers while I was In Japan and now he's trusting me to stay with a guy," Sooah scoffed and some of the guys stifled out a laugh. "We can't all sleep here though," she said and the boys exchanged glances.
"Hyunjin and Seungmin live on the floor below us so that means they can take a few of the guys with them," Chan said and the two boys shot him a glare.
"I am not taking these clowns to my apartment. They'll wreck the place," hyunjin whined and chan rolled his eyes.
"I'm with hyunjin on this one," Seungmin put down his book and crossed his arms over his chest, making chan shoot him a glare.
"Let's just all stay here. We'll be better off together anyway," Changbin smiled and the boys reluctantly nodded and Sooah just stood there looking at them, not really having any idea what to say.
"How many times am I gonna get stuck in a room full of boys?" She crossed her arms over her chest and huffed out an annoyed sigh as the boys let out laughs and snickers. "Alright well, I'll take the bath tub," she raised her hand up and the boys exchanged glances before looking at her.
"Why would you need to sleep in the bathtub?" Jeongin chuckled and she raised an eyebrow.
"I thought people did that at sleepovers as like some sort of welcome party," she dropped her hand to her side and the boys started laughing.
"Where did you get that from?" Minho asked through a laugh and she laughed a bit before stopping.
"The girls from my old school said that it was some sort of welcoming ritual," she said and the laughter stopped and they all looked at her with worried eyes. "It's not, is it?" She sighed and the boys shook their heads slowly. She nodded before making her way into the kitchen to check the cookies but jisung pounced off the couch and ran into the kitchen. He saw her kneeled down in front of the oven as she opened it to check the cookies and he thought she was crying so he walked over to her but she turned around and shot him a smile and a bit of relief rang through his body.
"You okay?" He asked as she closed the oven and stood up. She nodded as she leaned on the counter to which Jisung leaned on the counter beside her. "I'm sorry that happened. Nobody should go through something like that," he said but she shook her head.
"It was just some fun. I'm not bothered by it," she shook her head as she looked out the window but he sighed.
"You seem bothered though," he said and she turned to him and gave him a smile.
"I seem bothered but I'm not. Yeah, it's bullshit getting tricked into doing shit you thought was all fun and games but it was just a harmless little joke. I don't feel upset by it though"
He smiled at her before pulling her into a hug which she gladly accepted and snuggled her head into his shoulder and muttered a little 'thank you'. He was gonna ask what for but he felt bad for asking too much questions so he pulled her tighter and tried to comfort her the best he could.
Jeongin trudged into the kitchen, ready to whine about how long the cookies were taking but a blush crept up on the boys cheeks once he caught sight of what was right infront of him. He giggled ever so slightly before running back into the living room and digging his head into a pillow. The boys exchanged glances before Minho hit him with his foot and Jeongin shot his head up and looked towards the brown haired boy.
"Whatchu blushing for?" Felix asked and Jeongin giggled nervously before pointing to the kitchen and the boys exchanged glances before running towards the kitchen door and peeking through the crack in it as they piled onto chan. They all let out giggles as both Minho and Hyunjin started to take pictures followed by the rest of the boys but Jeongin accidentally had his flash on and he caught the attention of the two who pulled away from the hug rapidly and started blushing once they caught sight of the pile of boys that were at the door.
"Privacy, please," Jisung glared at all of them and chan stood up and put his hands on his hips.
"It's my apartment. I can roam freely here whenever the hell I want," he said and Jisung rolled his eyes before everyone got up off the floor and made their way back into the living room.
"When's the cookies gonna be ready?" Jeongin asked and Sooah smiled.
"Just another few minutes," she said and he gave her a smile and walked back into the living room.
"I'm pretty sure jeongin has a crush on you," Jisung pouted and Sooah laughed.
"He reminds me of my brother," she said and Jisung smiled.
"Fair enough"
