Demi's pov:
The next morning I woke up next to Lauren in the same waiting room as before. I still don't know why Allison didn't want us to be with her. This is the longest I've been without seeing her and it's breaking me. I just want to hold her and tell her that everything's gonna be okay. Today is her last day in the hospital, so I'm happy I can see her, but I also don't want to feel like she's getting pressured. The police has already asked some questions without luck, but they feel like she's hiding something. She told them she just ran away and slept with a friend, but I don't even believe that. Anyways after I checked Ally out, I waited on her before her room. She came out and I immediately noticed the stitches on het face. She also looked really tired. "Allison." I said and hugged her, but she flinched and pulled back. I looked at Lauren confused, but quickly acted like nothing happened. "Let's go home and talk there, okay." I said. She pulled her bag on her shoulder and started walking without saying anything. What the hell happened to this girl?
I really don't believe that she just 'ran away'.

The whole car ride was really silent. Me and Lauren sat in the front and Ally in the backseat. I felt like I had to give her space, because she's definitely not comfortable. "We're home." I announced and she got out of the car. We all went inside and Ally immediately went to her room. Lauren wanted to go after her, but I told her we should give her some space.

Lauren cooked us diner, but Ally still hasn't come downstairs yet. I took her plate upstairs and knocked on her door. She didn't answer, so I just got in. She was laying in her bed, not facing me, so I decided to go over her and sat on the other side of the bed. She didn't move, but she also wasn't sleeping. "Ally, we need to talk." I heard her taking a breath, but she didn't say anything. "What happened that day you went home with Kelsey?" I heard her crying softly, but I don't think she knows I heard. "Leave me alone, please." She said through her tears. I decided that now isn't a good time and I better leave her alone. Before I left I risked rubbing her shoulder. "I brought you some food. Please eat a little bit. I'm downstairs if you need me." I said and got back downstairs. "How did it go?" "Not that good, but I'm gonna leave her for today and try again tomorrow."

I thought that when I got Ally back, everything would go back to normal. Little did I know it went anywhere near normal and things would only get more complicated.
