This is turning into a Nolou fanfic oneshot book lmao i just love them so much

It was Nolan's 18th birthday. While everyone was happy for him. He wasn't happy for himself, he knew that if he turns 18 he'll have to lose Lou.
Queen: happy birthday to my sweet boy
The queen hugged Nolan and they went to eat.
King: there will be a party tonight and your future wife will come, make sure to treat her well this marriage is important.
Nolan: yes father
After eating he stood up and excused himself. He made his way to the ballroom and saw his maids decorating it. He quickly ran out because he doesn't want to see all of it. He stopped at a tree he saw someone lying there, and he didn't need to see his face to know who it was.
Nolan: you know slacking on the job could get you fired right?
Lou: would you fire me though?
Nolan giggled and sat beside Lou. Lou re arranged his position to lay down on Nolan's lap. This was nice, just the two of them, peace and quiet, nothing to worry about, oh how they wish this could last forever but its impossible.
Its the night of the party. Everyone was there in their elegant attire. Everyone was happy except one. Nolan wore a happy expression but deep down he's upset. Upset that he didn't do anything for him and Lou to work.
???: hey birthday boy
Nolan saw Mandy in her pink ballgown waving to him with a soft smile. Nolan smiled back.
Nolan: oh hey Mandy
Mandy knew what was going on.
Mandy: hey are you okay? You can talk to me we are friends
Nolan smiled, he was thankful Mandy was his friend.
Nolan: its just that I wish I could've done something for me and Lou to work. I feel so useless. I can't even go somewhere alone without someone with me. I'm just--so tired of this.
Mandy wore a warm smile.
Mandy: we both knew it was inevitable. And you're not useless, trust me you're the best and kindest person I know.
Nolan smiled
Nolan: thank you Mandy, you're the best
Mandy quickly saw someone behind them. When she saw who it was she stood up and excused herself. When she walked to the person she said something.
Mandy: make him happy atleast for today, could you?
Lou smiled.
Lou: of course your majesty, he's my world and I wouldn't let him down.
Mandy patted Lou on the shoulders and walked back inside. Lou could see his lover in the fountain sitting there looking at the stars.
Lou: the stars are beautiful tonight don't you think?
Nolan: its always been beautiful.
Lou: you look stunning by the way
Nolan giggled and stared at Lou, oh how he loves this man.
Nolan: and you look mighty fine there sir
They both laughed. Lou took this opportunity to offer his hand. Nolan looked at Lou confused.
Lou: let's go to a place where it can be just the two of us.
Nolan smiled and took his hand. They went to the rooftop where it was cold but they have each other to keep them warm. And there they sat and looked at the stars away from all the chaos, away from the problems. A couple minutes later Lou stood up.
Lou: care for a dance?
Nolan took his hand and they start swaying, dancing to the faded music coming from the ballroom. They twirled, laughed, swayed, everything was perfect and they knew whatever happens they will be together.
