"hey Lou, do you think we'll be happy all the time?" Nolan asks his husband who is next to him making coffee in their kitchen.
"we wont always be happy cuz there will be times when the universe tests us, and i know we'll be able to get through it" Lou said
"right" Nolan turned his attention to the toaster but was surprised when Lou embraced him.
"everything will be okay at the end, and if its not okay then its not the end" Lou murmured from Nolans shoulder. Nolan smiled and gave Lou a kiss on the head. They were soon interrupted by the sound of footsteps.
"dads! dads! Marquiel took the green color pencil i was using!" a small boy with golden hair came in and soon another boy came in and he had the same gold hair except with a purple streak.
"i did not! I asked him if he was using it and he said no, Hein stop lying" Marquiel said. The couple laughed and talked to the children.
