Locatlie: The Beginning. (Book 1)

Chapter 12

"So, what exactly am I doing today?" I asked as I was sitting on the chair once more and they were messing with my face and my hair.

"You'll meet the fathers. They want to get to know you. Only Nat and I know which two girls are through. The fathers don't know which girls from the first meeting, are the ones that are through so to speak" She stated and I nodded. "They want to get to know you, are going to ask questions about you, sort of an interrogation"

"Do they have a say in whom becomes queen?"

"My 3 fathers and my 3 brothers all get 1 vote" She said and my eyes widened as I looked at her. "So yeah, it's rather important"

"O wow. Ok. No pressure" I said and she laughed and nodded.

"Look at yourself" She stated and I stood up and looked at myself. My hair was loose and I had simple make up on. I was wearing a flowey shorter dress, but I did get these shorts under it for my legs, which was nice. I looked casual and yet beautiful.

"Isn't this too casual?" I asked very carefully looking at her.

"No." She said "As it is a casual day" She commented and I giggled and nodded looking at her. I climbed into the car a bit later as I was driven to a spot where there was a large hill as well. My gut told me it would be another hike. I looked out the window and I saw three men standing there all laughing at one another.

The man on the right had brown hair and the biggest smile on his face. He was wearing a pair of jeans and a simple shirt. The one in the middle was grey haired and was wearing a pair of black jeans and a tighter shirt. Then on the right, I saw a blonde-haired man wearing a pair of shorts and a simple t shirt. I right away knew that that was Lucas and I couldn't help but be amused.

"Sir?" I said to the driver. "Do I still bow to them and say my kings or?"

"Yes. They are still kings, but they're put on inactive ma'am. I'm not allowed to talk to you though, I might get in trouble" he said as he wasn't looking at me.

"I'm sorry. If you do, and I get married. I'll pardon you" I said and he smiled amused at that. I opened the car door and I stepped out. The three men then stared at me and I looked back at them. My heart was beating out of my chest, I could feel my heartbeat in my throat. I walked up to them slowly.

"My King" I stammered softly as I bowed to the king on the left. With closer inspection, I couldn't help but see a bit of Hugo and William mixed up in him. He had Hugo's brown eyes, which was amazing to see.

"My lady, I'm King Steven" He stated as he held out his hand. I gave him a curt amused nod.

"My king" I stated towards the middle king, whose brown eyes were observing me very carefully. I couldn't help but smile, as his facial structure was exactly like Hugo. It was basically looking at an elder version of Hugo.

"My lady, I'm King Simon" He stated and I couldn't help but giggle and nod. I then looked at Lucas and once again my nerves took over me as I saw his face. William wasn't exaggerate when he said that Trevor was a younger version of Lucas.

"I think my presence amuses this young bird" Lucas said and even the way he articulated the words, it was like listening to Trevor.

"I apologise, my king. You must be Lucas- I mean King Lucas" I stated right away as I held out my hand. There was this dark look in his eyes, but I could also see the amusement. "King William told me that King Trevor looked a lot like you, my king. I thought he might have exaggerated it." I said with a huge smile on my face. Lucas then couldn't help but show a large smile on his face.
