Ok so, I was thinking of writing a KiriBakuDekuKami book, here's a lil bit of info on it:
Deku has always been abused by his father, verbally, mentally, fiscally, and sexually, ever since they found out he was quirkless, though he always hides it with a smile.
His mother and him has never told anyone before, not even the Bakugou family, being a really close family friend. One day, during middle school his father died in a car accident.
Him and his mother got better, although they try not to show how happy they are with his death. Midoriya, now in UA, starts getting haunted by his father.
Always getting night terrors and being able to hear, and sometimes see, his father telling him he'll go away and leave him alone once he kills himself.
One day while training he has a really bad panic attack, no thanks to seeing and hearing his father again. Kaminari, who is trying to get Midoriya to talk to him knowing something is wrong, gets attacked by Midoriya.
After that he wakes up in Recovery Girls office with Kaminari beside him. The Deku and Bakusquad come in with Mr. Aizawa and Kirishima starts yelling at Midoriya for attacking Kaminari without a reason.
Midoriya, being frighten, starts having a panic attack which quickly turns into a heart attack. Mr. Aizawa goes to help but Kaminari disconnects himself and hurries to Midoriya to help him.
