Hey guys !! So I'm going to try to update as much as possible, but I do have a baby brother to take of so just bare with me, ok ??

Naruto pov

"Naruto here has been calling me that for a while now" Iruka says "I see" I look over at Kakashi-sensei with a small smile "shouldn't we get going sensei ?? Granny Tsunade is going to get ever madder if we're any later"

'Please let's just go before Iruka-sensei starts asking questions again' "the dobe has a point" 'THANK YOU SASUKE !!' "yes I sup-" Iruka-sensei cuts off Kakashi.

"Oh no you don't Naruto, don't try to wiggle your way outta this one" I tense up again and look over at him "but, we're gonna be late and Baa-chan's already angry !!" "What. happened." He says sternly. I suddenly get really, really nervous "I'm fine really !! Me and Sasuke were sparring yesterday that's all !!" "But I hit you on the other side"

'STUPID SASUKE !!' "Naruto Uzumaki what. happened." I look over at Iruka and feel my stomach start turning and doing back flips making me feel queasy. I grab my stomach as I bend over and vomit, they quickly back up to move out of the way while I empty my already empty stomach out.

"Eww, Naruto you're disgusting !!" Sakura-chan yells out. Once I finish I wipe my mouth with one hand while the other holds my aching stomach. "You ok Naruto ??" I nod once at Kakashi. "If you're not feeling good, you should just go home, you did just get out of a surgery" "surgery ?!?!" "Oh, did no one tell you Iruka ??"

"Tell me what ?!?!" "Naruto had to go into surgery yesterday because he ripped his liver during training" "Wait, wait, wait .... WHAT ?!?!" "It's ok though I'm fine !! See all healed !!" I lift up my hands and do a cartwheel to show that I'm healed, I ignore the pain my whole body is going through right now though.

"Go home, right now !!" Iruka yells pointing towards the direction of my house. I shake my head "no !!" "Naruto. now" I shake my head again and hide behind Kakashi, pokeing my head out a little with a small pout, gripping onto the back of his vest tightly.

After a few minutes of bickering together Kakashi says that granny Tsunade is waiting for me. Iruka hesitantly says fine and we help him pick up the books and papers that he dropped. We walk off to the Hokage tower while Iruka walks off to the academy. Once we arrive, Kakashi goes to knock but I just slam the door open with a giant smile on my face.

I look up, immediately freezing and paling. 'She's starring into my soul' I shiver a little at Baa-chan's gaze, swallowing thickly, trying, and failing, to get some moisture back in my mouth. She has her hands intertwined just starring at me through slightly squinted eyes. "How ??" Is all she says "h-how what ??" I laugh nervously while I rub the back of my neck.

"I left one of the best ANBUS I have with you. How. did. you. escape ??" "Umm, aha ha .... I mightv'e used a .... umm a sh-shadow clone ??" she sighs and drops her head mumbling about something for a second then she looks back up at me "of course you did"

She leans back into her chair sighing again "well since you are technically healed, I'll give you some D-ranked missions, because technically you still have to rest" she glares at me and I just giggle a bit. "The first mission is to clean the Hokage faces. Who wants the first Hokage ??" Sakura shrugs "me I guess" "second ??" "Hn" "third ??" "I guess I'll take it" "alright and that leaves the fourth to you Naruto" I just nod.

"Ok you guys are dismissed, Naruto I'm sure you know where the cleaning supplies is, right ??" "Umm yea" I laugh a bit rubbing the back of my neck again. "You ok kit ?? You know what today is, don't you ??" 'of course I do ya giant fur ball' he keeps quiet after that. We walk out and I lead the way to the cleaning supplies.

Once we get to the Hokage faces we each climb on top of a small wooden platform to lift us up and we start cleaning. I stare into my dad's eye and smile softly.

'Hey dad, can you see me ?? I'm right here. Are you proud of me ?? I doubt it, I mean just look me, I'm such a weak little pathetic screw up that can't do anything right in life. I can't even fight off some villagers, they don't even know the difference between a scroll and a kunai even if they were holding one. Getting beaten by villagers who don't even know what the consept of chakra is.'

I scoff rolling my eyes at myself, 'pathetic, I know I'm sorry you have to see all of this dad' I close my eyes tightly and bow my head a bit gripping onto the cloth in my hand. 'I'm trying, I really am trying to, to be a better son for you, and mom, trying to make you guys proud of me .... but I'm failing .... I'M NOT EVEN CLOSE TO BEING A GOOD SON WHAT MAKES ME THINK I CAN BE GREAT ONE  DAMMIT ?!?!'

I feel tears running down my cheeks, some dripping down my nose "I-I'm s-so-sorry for being s-such a failure d-d-dad, I'm n-nothing but a l-loser, a mons-ster, a d-demon" I let out a choked sob shaking slightly and slowly move my free hand to my chest gripping onto my shirt above my heart.

After a few minutes I force myself to stop crying and continue to clean, wiping away any evidence to show that I just had a small mental breakdown and was crying. Once we all finish cleaning we walk back to the Hokage tower after putting the supplies back. When we get there I slam open the door again.

"HOW MANY TIMES DO I NEED TO TELL YOU NOT TO SLAM MY DOOR NARUTO !?!?" I just shrug suddenly not feeling it today anymore. She sighs mumbling out a small "whatever" she leans back into her chair a little, propping her elbow on her desk and dropping her cheek into her fist.

"Ok, you guys have to find a lost kitten" "Tora again ??" I look over at a confused Sakura "no a different one, poor cat though" we all silently agree with Baa-chan as she holds up the picture of the cat.

It's black with white on its stomach, paws, the tip of it's tail, ears and nose, and it has two white spots that look like little angry eyebrows. Sakura-chan gushes at the picture while repeating how cute it looks. We walk out of the Hokage office and start looking for the small kitten.

I put my hands in my pocket and keep quiet as we look. I don't feel like doing anything today and I'm greatfull for the D-ranked missions right now, I just feel .... numb. Even though my body is screaming at me to just collapse and stop moving for the rest of the day to properly heal.

I feel dead. Like an empty shell of some sorts. Either way, I myself am impressed by the fact that I'm still able to stand right now, no thanks to the pain. As we walk around the village looking for the small kitten I keep my head down and stay quiet, trying to ignore all of the glares and whispers being thrown at me.

Key word TRY, when you try to ignore something it just makes you realize it that much more. "You ok Naruto ?? You're being really quiet." I look up at Kakashi-sensei with a soft smile. I nod once his way and look back towards the ground "yea, just thinking" I see him nod slightly out of the corner of my eye but I can feel his gaze on me for a few more seconds before he turns back to his book.

"Naruto, thinking ?? No wonder I smelt smoke. Right Sasuke-kun" I look back to see Sasuke roll his eyes then I look back at the floor kicking a pebble and watching it jump on the floor as it flies off. 'What can I do anyway, run away ??' that thought replays itself in my head over and over again while we look for the kitten.
