•~Ponyboy's POV~•
Today at lunch Dally made an unexpected appearance at school. It scared the crap out of the majority of the Soc's...and some of the Greasers.

"Dal what are you doing here?" Two-Bit asked as he took a bite of what was supposed to be meatloaf.

"Nothing,I was just bored." Dally took a sip of his coke. He had his eyes locked on something facing a different way. "Who's that?" We all turned to look and saw what he was staring at. A very popular Soc named Michelle Anderson.

"That's the popular socy girl named Michelle Anderson." Two-Bit said through a mouth full of meatloaf.

"Hm. Do you know how old she is?" Two-Bit shrugged.

"She's sixteen. Her birthday was last month." Johnny spoke up. Dally nodded still staring at her. A few minutes pasted and Dally had finally taken his eyes off of Michelle. That was until she came over to our table.

"Hey Ponyboy!" I felt my cheeks get warm. That seemed to be what she was good at. She could make anyone flustered out of their mind.

"H-Hey M-Michelle." I gulped. I probably sounded like an idiot.

"So about the project..who's house do you want to meet at?" She asked. I opened and then closed my mouth.

"Ask her to come to your house Pony!" Johnny whispered.

"We can come to my house. If that's okay with you." I said quickly. She giggled a bit.

"Your cute. I'll see you after school." She met up with her Soc friends and walked away.

"Man you got an older, cute, socy girl on you?! Good job Pony!" Two-Bit said giving me a high five.

"I doubt that she meant it like that." I said as I took a drink from my coke.

"I don't think someone like her would try hitting on little ol' Pony." Dally chuckled.

"Dal your just jealous that she didn't try and flirt with you." Dally rolled his eyes.

"Don't worry I'll be at the Curtis house today." Dally smirked as I rolled my eyes. "Did you think Darry was gonna let you go in your room with an older girl by yourself anyways?" I shrugged.

"I dunno. I've never had a girl over before so." Dally laughed.

"Don't worry kid if she does like you,I'll show you the ropes." I sighed.

"I doubt she does." I whispered and we continued to eat before the bell rang.

The bell rang signaling that we could now leave. I saw Michelle at her locker. She had pictures hung up with sticky tack with sparkly stickers on the photo's. I hesitantly walked up to her locker.

"Hey u-um Michelle do you want to walk to my house or do you want me to give you my address." I asked. She closed her locker and turned around looking at me smiling.

"We can walk to your house if that's okay." I nodded and we met up with Johnny. He was of course really shy. "Your Johnny Cade right?" She asked Johnny. He nodded. "Well I'm Michelle Anderson." He nodded.

"I know. I'm pretty sure everyone knows your name." She smiled. "But how do you know my name?" Johnny asked. She smiled and shook her head.

"Your in my home room." Johnny smiled.

"Oh yeah I forgot." Johnny smiled and looked down. I've never seen him talk to someone new that fast a Soc at that. "So what project are you and Ponyboy working on?" Johnny asked.
