Chapter Theme: Resentment - A Day to Remember

I didn't stay long at AGO's hotel. I also told Achelo to escort me out after an hour, and he agreed. The other members just waved goodbye and told me to come back anytime. The only ones I didn't see bidding farewell were Zirk and Jaxon—they're the most mysterious and unfriendly ones in the group. But I just brushed it off since I didn’t really mind if they didn’t want to be friends. I still have Stigma boys in my life.

"What will you say to them if ever tanungin ka nila?" Achelo asked.

We were already walking toward the elevator when he asked a question. I looked at him before answering.

"They're really bound to ask questions—I was out of their sight for hours," I said. I was starting to feel nervous as we stood in the elevator. To make things worse, my phone had run out of battery, so I couldn't receive any calls or texts at the moment. I'll just explain to those little troublemakers later.

"Block my number already—I don't own it anymore," Achelo reminded me again, probably afraid of whatever messages I might receive from it.

I just nodded, and we headed straight to the parking lot. Their hotel was really luxurious—but what else should I expect? Those guys looked like rich kids, after all.

When Achelo dropped me off at the souvenir shop where I had left the siblings, Wren and Walter, I immediately thanked him.

"Don't get lost again, alright?" Achelo said, half-chuckling.

I nodded, "aight!"

As soon as I got out of the car, Achelo sped off, heading back. I, on the other hand, started walking toward our hotel. I could already see the building, so there was no way I'd get lost again.

As I walked back, the nervousness I had pushed aside slowly crept back in. Along with it came the sound of voices—people gathered at the entrance of the hotel. It was my friends and my sibling, their faces filled with both worry and anger.

"Damn you! Saan ka ba galing?!" Trevora yelled in anger. The others followed her gaze, looking in my direction. Trevora was the first to notice my presence—nothing beats a sister’s instinct.

In perfect unison, my friends turned to me. Their faces showed a mix of fear, worry, and anger, but as the seconds passed, they all let out sighs of relief and smiled. Reymond and Elton waved and called out my name.

"Trexdeene, saan ka nagpunta?" Walter asked. I smell something fishy, bakit sila magkatabi ni Trevora? Hmm.

"I got lost, a little." I said and smiled sheepishly.

"Sino ka si Zoro?" Reymond joked. One piece addict ang tangina. Sinamaan ko lang siya ng tingin, pinaghalintulad pa ako sa anime character e.

"How about your phone?" Wrencel asked coldly while wiggling his phone up in the air. "Why won't you pick the fuck up?" He added which crazily brought goosebumps all over my system. Binabawi ko na, galit pa rin pala siya.

"My phone died, sorry," I apologized right away. I didn't want to argue with Wren in case I couldn't respond immediately. But judging by their expressions, they didn’t seem convinced by my excuse. I just sighed in defeat.
