If you always thought happiness was easy to find, adulthood probably showed you it's not that simple. If you used to think life was all about love, you might feel like giving up when love hurts you, even though it once made you happy. In those tough times, it's important not to let your old ideas stop you from exploring new possibilities.
Life is like a canvas, and your actions create the picture. You can choose to make your life joyful and simple or sad and complicated based on what you do. You should always try to live your life to the fullest, reach your potential, ignore negativity, and seek happiness and contentment. We only have one life, so it's important to make the most of it.

"I believe that's ample length for a reflection paper." a voice behind me remarked. Turning to identify the speaker, I recognized my closest friend, Zanji.
"Mind your own business, dude." I responded curtly, arching my left eyebrow in his direction. He simply chuckled in response.
We were about to have lunch with other guys after this boring class and my mind was already wandering to thoughts of the upcoming meal. The classroom, with its stark white walls and monotonous drone of the lecturer, felt suffocating. Zanji and I often found solace in these light-hearted exchanges, a small reprieve from the academic grind.
As we packed up our things, Zanji nudged me with a playful grin. "So, what's on the menu today, Trex? More existential musings or something a bit more digestible?"
I rolled my eyes but couldn't suppress a smile. "Probably both. You know me."
We made our way to the cafeteria, where the familiar clamor of students and the scent of cafeteria food greeted us. Joining our usual group, I couldn't help but notice the easy camaraderie that flowed between us all. Yet, despite the light-hearted banter, my thoughts drifted back to the reflection paper and the deeper truths it held.
As we settled at a table, our friend Wren asked, "What's got you so deep in thought, Trexdeene? Still pondering life's big questions?" he chuckled.
I shrugged, poking at my food. "Just reflecting on some stuff. Life, choices, the usual."
Wren nodded knowingly. "Well, don't get too lost in your head. We're here to keep you grounded, remember?"
I smiled at that, appreciating the support of my friends. Despite the challenges and the uncertainty, moments like these reminded me of the importance of connection and the little joys in life. As we laughed and chatted over lunch, I felt a renewed sense of purpose. Maybe life was about more than just the pursuit of happiness or the avoidance of pain. Maybe it was also about these simple, shared moments that made the journey worthwhile.
