I thought about it all night, my thoughts started to become vocal
*Sigh*

"Peers--OF COURSE WERE JUST PEERS WE JUST MET" I decided to sleep it off.

The first day was pretty ok. I was getting situated at a new school and met some interesting characters, one of which being my best friend Pony Tsunotori, we bonded really quickly since we're both from the west. I wasn't disappointed being sent to class 1B instead of class 1A because now I had an opportunity to meet both. Sometimes I would even be asked to help them with their english homework as a group. Although I didn't really think about any of that, all I could think about was Tenya...and Mr. Stuff.

After our last period Itsuka Kendo stepped in front of class saying she would resign as class president she excused herself saying a mixture of grades and a ton of hero work, since there was no vice class president she asked who could take up the role. The class was dead silent because they also had to balance their work, so I volunteered. Tsunotori sitting next to me whispered in english "A-are you sure you wanna do this, works alot as it is", I gave her an assuring nod.

To be honest I couldn't give a damn about the work load I just wanted to see Iida. Realizing this made my stomach turn, I didn't know what love was and everytime I heard about it, it just lead to heartbreak...knowing I could never have Iida--I shook the thought my head and told myself I'm being responsible and that's why I want to become president.

Kendo told me to go to the room where all of the student council meetings would be held. In the room I would fill out a form, give it to my homeroom teacher then become a president.

When I went to the dorms Yaoyorozu came towards me in excitement saying

"(L/N) I heard you were going to be a new class president! Is that true?"

"I guess news spreads fast huh"
I chuckled

Mina overhearing on the coach said
"First day isn't even done and your already class president I guess we'll have to call you in Ms. Responsible now hehe"

I felt a familiar hand on my shoulder as I suppressed my urge to blush. Iida complemented
"That is indeed impressive, I'm proud of you"

I couldn't look him in the eye without becoming a tomato so I just looked at the floor and said

"It's not that impressive, I was the only one who took the opportunity so..."

"Responsible and a risk-taker, I can see why of all of the students in America they chose you"

We gave a sincere but friendly smile to each other for what seemed like a century until Mina cut the silence buy saying

"Ok ya' lovebirds"

I couldn't tell if I was blushing or not

Momo ended the conversation by saying "Can't wait to see you at our next meeting Ms. Responsible"

I ended up helping Mina on her math homework until dinner. After dinner I got ready to go to bed. As soon as I closed my eyes I heard the knock at the door

There stood Tenya Iida I noticed he was holding a folder and Mr. Stuff, to my curiosity I asked what the folder held. He explained it was some sample test for the English exam tomorrow, he's got the reading and writing comprehension down but listening and speaking is another battle. He asked if I could help him

"Come in" I said

I shut the door behind him

"I also brought your bear, it's kind off hard to say his english name tho" he smiled at me

"Seems like a perfect place to start"

We ended up studying all night. He dosed off in the middle of studying but I knew he worked hard so I didn't wake him. Instead I wrapped a blanket between us and we were working under a kotatsu, so we wouldn't get cold.

I fell asleep with my head on his shoulders.
