Chapter 7: Beating up the criminal ★

-Shuuhei in the past p.o.v (let me note he is 17 at the time for all you clueless readers)-

Where is she, come on Luna!

I kept on searching,, I gotta find her, what if she's hurt, or even worst?!

I finally got to an area with less people and sighed

Where the - EEK, LET ME GO NOW!

I heard that scream and directed myself towards the park, I walked out the entrance and saw in the depths of the woods, they took her to a secluded area in the forest, dirty trick.

I ran in and then heard men laughing, when I stood behind a tree close enough I saw

It was those stupid kids at that school you find on a regular basis fooling around, well it was those kids and they had Luna backed up on a tree and them just surrounding her

"Come on, we won't hurt ya, we just want a little fun-"

The front kid said snickering and she immediately said No slapping any body part trying to get closer

"Dang your a feisty one, but I guess it's expected for someone that hangs around a bunch of martial arts weirdos"

He said chuckling and I gave a silent sigh in irritation, it's karate dipshit

"But I heard you didn't do anything, so your basically their toy to protect"

He said and she gave a frown, staying where she was

"I'm not a toy, and they don't always have to protect me, all I need is them to be by my side and I'll never be a burden"

She said and I lifted a brow, what's she trying to get to these guys exactly

"I love all of my friends so I'll get stronger with them and make sure I can protect them"

She said and the guy scoffed lifting his fist

"ugh your so annouying, just shut up!"

He said and I quickly ran, I pushed the other guys out of the way and made sure I grabbed his fist in time so it wouldn't come down.

It was fast, he just stood there trying to resist with his hand but I wouldn't let go.

He took his other hand without looking behind him, realizing that as soon as he tried to hit me, I grabbed that fist also. I pulled them together behind his back and I heard a crack as he fell to his knees in pain.

"Who the hell are you-!"

He stopped as soon as he saw he and his expression from mad to panicked, my eyes were what made people scared, my glare apparently is from my dad, I would agree.

"Sh-Shuuhei Kurosaki, sorry to even bother you man heh, I was just taking care of this girl and-"

He stopped when I furrowed my brows and I grabbed the top of his head, bringing my face in front of his

"That's where you fucked up!"

I yelled and he gave Huh as I brought my knee up to strike his jaw as he yelled flying back a couple of feet

I went to him and picked him up from the ground and punched him pinning him on he tree, I am too pissed to even think right now about wether this guy is dead or not

He had a swollen black eye with a bloody nose and lip that made him look even more horrible because his arms weren't moving and he had bruises on his chest, he had a school uniform on and you could see past it his wounds.

"Don't mess with her, ever!"

I said and i didn't care if he would be dead or not!

I went for another punch until I felt my arm be grabbed lightly and a pitching yell

"Stop Kurosaki kun!"

I stopped. Froze almost. As I looked down behind me to see a crying face

Her tears going down her face, her mouth in a frown as she looked at me with her light colored eyes.

"Shuuhei, it's fine now, he's un concious, stop it, your out of control!"

I heard her as I put my arm slowly down with a blank expression, I looked down to see his blood on my shirt and on my arms and hands

I then felt something warm on my arm, it was her touching my arm to reassure me

I looked down at her as she held my arm close

"Shuuhei, why did you-"

"I did it because you were getting fucking hurt, why else would I fucking do this?"

I said sternly and she gave a little smile, pulling a cloth out of her jacket, rubbing my arm, as the cloth went from a pink to a red in seconds,

"Your covered in his blood, I-I'm sorry"

She apoligized and I grabbed the rag throwing it down looking at her

"I don't need your apology, for gods sake I just need you to be careful-!"

I yelled and I realized she was just staring up at me, smiling

She got a little close and my heart started beating fast, she had a nervous look on her as she moved closer, w-what the hell..

"Shuuhei, Please don't go away, not again please.."

She said and I gave a questioned look as she wrapped her arms around me, hugging me

I felt my heart beat faster, wait no, it was only beating faster because her heart beat, I could feel it as well.

"Shuuhei, nobody wants you to leave, n-no one does, I especially don't want you to.."

She said trailing off as I tried to relax, w-what is she trying to say..

"I-I'm not going to leave now, but I will have to soon, I'm sorry-"

I said softly as I hugged her back, keeping my arms around her shoulders since she was shorter, she's so warm, and I can feel her breathing, she's breathing abnormally like if she were really nervous.

I haven't touched another girl since I last fought Soi Fon, and that was only hand to hand combat, but now, a gentle hug, the last woman that gave me a hug was..

"Shuuhei, the last woman that gave you a hug was your mom wasn't it?"

I was interrupted when Luna said that, as she held her arms tighter around my chest,

I put my head down as I tried to pull away a bit

"Yeah.. She was"

I said and I pulled back in, I put my chin on her head as her face was nuzzled in my chest

"Shuuhei, Thank you so much, for being here with me, I just need you to know.."

She said and I widened my eyes as her heart beat got more faster, her kimono is soft, and her hair was a bit frizzy from everything. but she managed to pull from the hug to look up at me and I saw her flustered face

"Know what-"

I said and she gave a little smile and put her hands on my chest

I gave a questioned look and she got closer to my face, I saw her close her eyes

My heart was beating again, as hers was also, fast, as she was going on her tippy toes

I moved my hands into her shoulders as she went closer,

"Shuuhei! Luna! Are you okay?!"

Luna instantly moved away after hearing Chassie and Soken, they had a flashlight and shined it on us after she moved off me.
