Chapter 23: The Field

-ominous voice looking over hell and all the creatures of the dead as they gather around the pits of lava in the darkness and deadly atmosphere of hell-

Since death gave his plan in motion, captured and tricked humans and soul reapers alike, all hell was at this point is a military camp. They're soldiers, the small demon like creatures that had yellow and red eyes with masks on them, not like hollows, but made from the bones of fallen sinners. and their armor was the ribs, legs and arms almost like another body on top of them, they all held flimsy silver swords that could cut but had no means of getting better, and outside the castle which laid on top of a pit of lava for a moat, they assembled in thousands marching to gaurd, and be ready for their next orders.

Rumor has it, that the creatures were made from the flesh of sinners, but almost like incarnations and multiplied and given no souls, just to fight.

Lord deaths plan is to take over the world of the living and the soul society, with the help of some of his children and those creatures.

While the children of 3 worlds are so confused, they must find their paths, of course I can help so far as telling them what's going on I can't say

,hey your parents are still alive you just gotta destroy their demonic/hollow forms and dive into their hearts to get them'

Nah, I'm not like that. I can help guide them towards The Demonic/hollow creatures that took their parents bodies, but the rest would be on their own, and I gazed at them being guarded by the demonic creatures, I've now called them Gremlins, they just have large teeth and their faces are pure terrifying. but I see Dom, being Hung by chains with her white kimono and a chain around her neck. Over boiling lava with her head down and the gremlins watching her, a few were, but I saw in the pit over where the most gremlins were that it was the hollowfied form of ichigo, but it was still awake, he had chains on his wrists, almost covering his full arms, and around his legs as well, and he had to have chains over his horns and his sword was not with him, it was chained over a pit next to him guarded.

He was growling and screeching, trying to attack but little did he know, the chains that bounded him over that pit kept his power locked up so he couldn't break free.

Then I just saw Dom and her resting over a pit, she looked so defenseless, but once those chains were off she would only listen to lord death, and every command he would say, they would follow, although.

I think if it came to that, I don't think they would hurt anyone they loved or cared about,

atleast I think.

Where am I?

I thought as my eyes fluttered open slowly and at last I looked up to feel soft grass on my back, and the clear blue sky with only tiny clouds in the air, as the wind blew past my hair and I saw that in the distance I was hearing fighting, and clashing of swords, but as I looked around I saw one tree I was propped on, with a creek in the distance as well. I then realized that on the hill of grass that was not that far I saw that man in clogs that was in the shop when we were about to be crushed, and my brother, only my eyes widened to see he had his hollow mask on, Yourichi specifically told him to never use it in training or battle, it would cause problems. and here he is using his shikai with it. with our grandfather now that I remember.

"Don't worry, he trained your father like this with his hollowfication, just takes time"

"Ohhh, alright.."

I looked to my right to see a woman with very long and curly red hair that was so shiny, and she had a purple and flower kimono, and as soon as I looked into her hazel eyes that were so bright I freaked out and jumped as I stared at her, she was familiar, but she looked so young, maybe early 20's.

"W-who are you?!"

I asked as I stared at her and she gave a slight laugh as I looked at her with questioned eyes.

"Why, can't you tell, I'm your grandmother silly."

My jaw dropped, she can't be, she was so young and didn't have evidence of aging at all, not a single wrinkle.

"W-wait, that's impossible, I-I can't be-"

as i studdered she sighed and still gave a smile

"Misana, you're named after both of your grandmothers, Katania and Misaki, now, I've talked to you many times, such as how your grandfather Kisuke over there isn't a threat in the burning shop and such."

She said and I calmed down a bit, her voice did match up with the one that talks to me. but I never imagined it was her, if anything, I thought it was mom. and I sort of have memories playing with her in my inner world, swinging on the swing that hung from the one single tree in the midst of clouds.

"Where are we then?"

I asked curiously and she smiled, staring at the never ending grass and birds chirping in the distance.

"A nearby field, your grandfather said he trained your mother here when they wanted fresh air from that small training ground under the shop."

I looked around at the field and at Kisin taking his mask off, then back on, then I clenched my fists.

Of all times, for this kind of emotional confusion, I have faint memories, but they just,

"Grandmother, how come you didn't try to visit me then, how come you didn't try and give me anymore clues or something..?!"

I asked and she put her reassuring hand on my shoulder rubbing so I could calm down.

"I've already passed on, and so had your grandfather. but we can only do so much until we get to a point where we completely meddle with the lives of the living. and we are only here to help just lead you towards a proper path."

She said and I put my knees up to my chest, I was still in my soul reaper form and my arms rested on my knees as I put my head on them looking at grandfather train with Kisin, as I closely examined his face, I can now sense pain, but not feel it as bad as the past was like, sometimes I cried because I felt Shuuhei train.. shuuhei..

"I miss mom a lot, I thought your voice was hers, after a while I just, I just, wanted my mom back home with dad, cheerful and of course, giving me hugs as I walked towards them with Shuuhei and Kisin, but I just can't deal with the fact they could be dead, and I don't want that to be the only possibility, I can't, I've been so strong and been like a mother for Kisin, only I'm doing a terrible job because, I can't take her place, and with Shuuhei in hell I miss my big brother as well, I want us all together Grandmother, I-I do..."

I felt tears going down my cheeks as I said it, that I missed mom and dad, and shuuhei, and I just wanted a normal life, but that never happens, because we aren't normal humans, we have special powers, that make us so different.

"Use those powers that make you different, to fix everything that's been done."

She said and I widened my eyes as she read my mind.

"Now, get up, be the strong woman you are, or you and your brother "

She said and I saw her pull out her sword as she was standing and I got up on my knees.

"Will die, not being able to save your parents."
