"But captain~~!"

I heard the rambling and begging drunk crying out

"Rangiku go home, you are drunk"

I said annoyed and she made a pouting face as she left with her shirt almost wide open

Last night she went out with Izaru and some other vice captains

As Rangiku was about to leave she tripped over a paper that fell and she said a quick oops

She picked it up then gave a frown looking at me

"It's the. Notification of treason with .. Shuuhei"

She said and I gave a pained look, I lost count of how many years it's been.

"Just set it here on my desk-"

I said then she gave me a sorrowful look

"Captain, you miss him and kate also don't you?"

She said and I sighed

"Shuuhei, he's a great fighter, but now that he's a traitor, and I'm his mentor, I must take action for-"

"Your an idiot if you think we would let you go"

I heard a interruption as I saw at the doorway of my office was Rukia Kuchiki, vice Captain of squad 13.

She walked past Rangiku and went to my desk, in furiated

Rukia had helped Shuuhei as well with his training with me, because he had Ichigo's large reitsu so we couldn't quite control him with only one person.

"You don't get it, he's everyone's responsibility, because he is consumed by lost, and grief.."

Rukia went on as she lingered looking with a sorrowful look. Finding out Ichigo and Kate had been missing for this long, we knew, they weren't coming back, no regular person can be in hell for that long before being fully consumed and being captive.

It's been how many years now, Geez.. 7?

"We all know, but it doesn't put the fact that he had injured captain Kenpachi badly!"

When Kurosaki left we tried to stop him, but he was in his hollow form so he went on a rampage at that, when Kenpachi tried to fight him he fatally wounded the man, it was rare for Kenpachi to loose a fight but I guess since he is Ichigos son.

"He was only trying to defend himself!"

"He was betraying the soul society!"

I yelled back at her and she groaned in irritation as she pounded her fist onto my table

"So all we're doing is sitting around like waiting ducks, we have hell back on the radar for gods sake!"

She said and I glared looking at her

"Hell is unstable right now, if we do something now we could quite possibly break the doors if Shuuhei wants to go on a rampage"

I informed and she sighed calming down a bit

"This is hard to deal with when we don't even know how to make the next step"

She said and I gave a worried look as I looked at the report

"Somebody will help us, someone will, but for now we must stay where we are."
