Chapter 10

3rd P.O.V

After Hinata stayed at Kageyama's house for the night he ended up going home the next morning. He was scared of what his father was going to do to him.

His father now had a hospital bill to pay and he hasn't had his personal punching bag for two days.

These types of thoughts continued through Hinata's head till he got to his house. He stood at his door debating on weather or not to open it.

After about a minute he decided to open the door, and was instantly greeted by a glass bottle to the head.

"WHERE THE HELL HAVE YOU BEEN!" his father bellowed.

"I-I'm sorry. I...I...." Hinata was met with a punch to the face.

"I GOT THE GODDAMN HOSPITAL BILL! WHO KNOWS?!" His father continued to punch and kick him. Not allowing him to speak.

Once his father stopped the punches for a second Hinata spoke, "No one knows! I told them I was being bullied!" Hinata let a sob escape him.

"Damn rat! I wouldn't be surprised if you are being bullied." He grabbed a nearby beer bottle and poured it on Hinata and walked away.

Hinata drug himself up the stairs and to his room. Once the door was shut and locked he allowed himself to cry, "why me?!?!?!?!?!?!"

Hinata screamed and cried for a good ten minutes before he got tired and passed out.

Timeskip to the next morning

Hinata woke up and instantly wanted to cry again. He looked at the clock, 5:00 A.M. He decided to get up and start getting ready for school. But the minute he took a step he collapsed to the ground.

Hinata layed on the ground for a little while debating on whether he wanted to get another beating or get up and go to school. He eventually decided on the second option.

Hinata got up and did his morning routine, making sure to pack his school and gym bag.

By the time he was done it was 6:00 A.M. He walked out the door, got on his bike, and rode to school.

Timeskip

Hinata P.O.V

I put my bike at the bike rack and walked to the gym. I saw Kageyama halfway there, and we raced the rest of the way to the gym.

When we get the gym we saw Suga. "Hey Hinata, how are you feeling today!"

"I'm good Suga!" I say putting on my usual 'happy' smile.

"Thats good!" We all walk to the club room. Everyone starts to get changed, but I grab my clothes and go to the bathroom to get changed. No one questioned me. I think its because they assume its because of my scares.

I get changed and head down to the gym. We then start practice.

I was in a lot of pain during practice!! My entire body was throbbing and just wanted to rest. I couldn't let my teammates know though. They'll just make me sit out and question me. I continued to hide everything behind the mask I have formed.

Time skip (sorry for so many skips!!)

I was sitting in 3rd period waiting for the lunch bell to ring. Classes have been miserable, but when are they not. I started day dreaming about a better life.

As I was dreaming the bell rang a group of boys came in. I was so caught up in my day dream that I didn't notice........................that is till I was thrown to the ground.

"Its the loser!!!"

"Hey fag!"

When I finally came to my senses I saw Hoka, Kaki, and Kazan standing over me, all wearing demon-like smiles.

"What-" I was cut off by a kick to the mouth.

"WHO SAID YOU COULD SPEAK, RUNT?" Hoka yelled as Kazan threw punch to my stomach. I was about to get up and run when I saw the door was shut and locked. I lost all hope in that moment.

The punches, kicks, insults kept coming. I didn't have the strength to fight back or do anything. Everything was blurred. I didn't even mind the physical abuse, but the insults that were coming hurt. They hurt so much.

I was starting to lose consciousness when I heard the door slam open and then yelling.

"-at!"

"Can-....hear-?" What were they saying to me.

"Hinata!" Kageyama?

Before I passed out I heard Kageyama scream my name. Was the entire team there? Why were they helping me?
