Albus Dumbledore sat on his chair inside his office. It's time to send Harry his letter and Dumbledore can't stop the malicious grin on his lip. Finally, after eleven years of placing the young boy in his abusive home, it's time for him to take his pawn to the battle ground. Albus has been planning the boy's life in Hogwarts since he left him on the muggle's doorstep that night. He knew that if little Harry would be a submissive boy he could mold the child on his own. Albus already planned the first year of Harry Potter, how he will see the mighty Albus Dumbledore as his savior from the muggle who abused him. Ooh, the joy.

Albus picked up some of his lemon drop and placed it on his mouth. He knew that the muggles would not let him go to school, and Albus already planned it. He will send Hagrid to take the boy and the giant will praise him making the boy think highly of him. Hagrid is one of his few trusted, the one so loyal to him that can not see the malicious intent behind his grandfather figure. He is the most compatible person to introduce young Harry to the magical world. The man picked up the pawn on his chess board and placed it in front of the other pieces. This is how he will manipulate the child's life, him on the front row will lead Albus to his victory and the Magical world will rein him saviour one and for all.

Three day later, Minerva walked inside his office holding a piece of envelope. Minerva McGonagall is one of his trusted followers, but she is also against him when he decides to place young Harry in his relative's home. Though Albus handled her years ago, he still fears that his Deputy will know about his schemes. Albus placed his grandfather figure and smiled at her.

"Minerva, a pleasant surprise. What can an old man do for you?" The woman chuckled lightly at him. She gave him the envelope and Albus opened it.

"It was sent to me three days ago, but since I received so many letters I only managed to read it today. I hope you'll like who wrote that." Minerva gave him a smile, her eyes shining with happiness. Albus wondered why.

He read the letter and finally understood why. The letter came from his pawn accepting the invitation of him attending Hogwarts. Albus' eyes glared slightly, his face slowly turning into a frown. He glanced at Minerva and uttered his thanks. When his Deputy left him in his office, Minerva smiled and went on her own. She needed to write a response to his future lion.

Inside the Headmaster's office stood Dumbledore, the letter still on his hands and his eyes burning with rage. How dare that insolent brat ruined his laid out plans? He should not have his own decision! Did the muggles cared for him? Albus eyed the letter again. His rage doubled when he read it again, How the child wrote on them shows elegance that only those who was raised by a pureblood family hold. And his signature! He shouldn't be aware of his heritage! The brat knew about his Potter and Black's Heirship. Albus grimaced, the mutt really named him his Heir. His plan was failing, but Dumbledore knows it is not the end yet.

Albus wrote a letter, he made sure that the letter looks innocent. That he is only concerned about him, he also wrote about his parents knowing that the child longed for them. He added the little information about Sirius' crime against the Potter's so the child will know about his Godfather's mistake. He also made sure that he charmed it with some not-so-ancient compulsion and loyalty spells, the one that even the Black's Heirship ring can't absorb. The man smirked again and placed the letter on his drawer.

When four days passed and a week since Harry gave his letter, Abus sent his too. Now he only needs to wait for his pawn's response about his question. When he received no letter later that day, Albus slightly panicked. Yet, he decided to wait some more. It is September 1st that day when Albus felt down, young Harry has not answered his letter nor answered Minerva's. Albus is getting impatient, he can't just let his decade of plan and work go to waste just because he did not comply. That brat, if not for him he will be no one in this world.
